The location was excellent, the room was modern and beautiful, the views from the terrace were stunning.

The wi-fi was only usable in the room. You couldn't, get wifi anywhere else on the property. That should be a given these days, especially in the common areas. We weren't impressed with the breakfast, it seemed really basic for a 4 star hotel. Especially in that part of the world. We went to the dining room onsite the first night we were there, the first thing I ordered was out of stock, the 2nd thing I ordered, same answer, then the waiter said, try this item, which I did, but it wasn't great. It almost seemed like he was trying to get rid of some items in the kitchen. We ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

The location is perfect, and it has a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. Dog beach is only 1 minute walk distance, and looks also nice. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The size of the room was great, parking place was also provided, which makes our life easier in Opatija. The center is ~20-25 minutes walking distance, perfect for an afternoon/evening walk. The staff is helpful, cleaning ladies are very friendly and doing great job.

The interior is not exactly our style, but totally ok.

Frontline hotel with stunning views and a restaurant that seems to hang over the water. Wide range of sea food dishes deliciously prepared by the chef.

the room in the attic has a very low ceiling in some places. you have to be careful not to hit your head on it. the cleaning should be done more thoroughly.

Everything was great. The view was magnificent! Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

The parking situation is a bit weird. You can see the parking spots from the street but when you turn left from the street there is narrow road to that parking and it kind of looks like a little wider sidewalk.

The breakfast was ok, but more variety would be welcome. The staff was very kind and always ready to bring you what you need with a smile.

The parking is too small and when you arrive for the first time it is not quite clear how to get there, some more visible signs would be useful.

Centrally located on the promenade so a short walk to shops etc. The deluxe room was large with good sized balcony. Staff pleasant. Dinner very good.

Balcony was directly above busy promenade so not much privacy. No hand soap in bathroom. Breakfast okay but not vast selection for a 4 star hotel.

The location ! Sea view was stunning . Private beach which was gorgeous.

Limited amount at breakfast ! Catered for more Eastern European diet .

Cozy, best dog-friendly boutique hotel in the whole Lungomare with a modern fresh and young twist. You literally have your lunch/dinner/wine hanging over the beach as they have a glass cube restaurant above the shore. :) From our balcony we might have almost touched the sea! :) It is right in the middle of Lungomare, so 5 km walk in both directions. Dog beach is 300 m. The cozy small public beach is so lovely with clean water - you may just walk down in your swimsuit and towel right from your room to have a jump/tan. :) The fresh fish meal is excellent as well as the local Malvazia wine. :)

Coffee might be better with the breakfast, but it is truly the best small beach hotel choice in Istria/Lungomare when arriving with your dogs and/or your love. :)

Breakfast was superb. The lady that took care of breakfast was so kind,and empathic. First class service. Location was very good.

1 room was facing the main road. Very noisy. It was impossible to sleep. We asked to change the room but the antipathic manager asked for extra money. 80€ more.eventhough there was vacancy. This kind of attitude is totaly unexeptable.
