The Hall was amazing, as well as the restaurant part. Food was really great, waiters and other staff members also, they are really kind and helpful. Room was comfy, and clean, bathroom also. We got double bed as we wished earlier at reservation, so they paid attention for it, which is great. Location is great for discovering the city.

Unfortunately while in the description there is wellness centre, they don't have any pool or jacuzzi, only a 3rd party massage provider, that has price too high. For this the room itself felt overpriced, since it only contained sauna, that also has to be booked in advance. Parking space is not too much in front of the hotel (and the hotel has no extra parking) and it is also paid in extra to the room.

The best thing about this hotel is location, it is perfectly located in the city center near the main pedestrian zone and the sea. If you are lucky enough you will find parking place directly in the front of the hotel if not then you have possibility to leave your car in the underground garage ‘’ Zagrad B ‘’. Hotel is clean and good enough for short terms stays in Rijeka. They also have small but convenient SPA center. Summer garden of caffe bar Dante is cosy place.

I have been twice in this hotel in two different rooms and both times I had small problem with shower, the shower line is not good connected with main faucet and water is always splashing around.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Bonavia and we must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel location is superb, offering very convenient access to a variety of restaurants and shops. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual bite or a fine dining experience, everything is just a short walk away. Additionally, the beautiful sea view from our room added an extra touch of tranquility to our stay. Our room was not only clean but also featured a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. The attention to cleanliness was evident, which always enhances the overall experience. The breakfast served at the hotel was another highlight. It offered a nice selection of options that catered to different tastes, ensuring everyone could find something to their liking. Lastly, I cannot commend the staff enough. They were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and valued. In summary, Hotel Bonavia exceeded my expectations with its prime location, comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway!

Location. View from balcony. You can walk to most of the tourist areas that are filled with restaurants and shops. The breakfast was pretty amazing.

Very difficult to get luggage up the two flights stairs. One outside and one after you get out of the elevator. You have to park 5 blocks away. There’s a security gate at the hotel entrance that’s super hard to get them to open it. I would not stay here again. You have to get out of your car and leave your car sitting at the security gate and go inside the hotel, which is pretty far away from the gate and ask them to open it and then you go walk back out to your car and then they don’t open it. So then you have to do that whole process again. The entire check in process was so difficult and so inconvenient. I would never stay here again.

The location is right down-town. The room was of a good size and provided all necessities. Staff was helpful

The parking spaces are limited outside the hotel. We were lucky to get a spot arriving early. Not sure what people should do if all the spots are taken. Being downtown there isn't much parking facility. Breakfast had a good choice however it is maybe one of the worst coffees I ever had in a hotel. I personally do not like to have carpet in the room. Doesn't give a clean feeling.

The hotel is well presented, the top floor offers rooms with a terrace and the early morning sea view alone rewards the stay. The room is large, bright, and there is space for a sitting area with a sofa and television. The balcony is perfect for relaxing with what's on offer in the minibar. Spacious bathroom and various bathroom gadgets are provided by the hotel, not to be taken for granted.

The style of the hotel is somewhat dated. There are few plugs in the rooms for connecting one's own devices, perhaps only a couple where there is a desk. Nothing near the bed for example.

Unfortunately there was a staircase to enter the lobby. I had to carry my bag for this flight of stairs. There was an elevator for people with disabilities but I didn’t felt it was right to push the button just to lift my luggage. Maybe a sign, making guests feel comfortable to push a button if they need help with their luggage, would solve this problem.

Its central location - the room was spacious and comfortable- housekeeping efficient - receptionists very friendly - breakfast abundant - a l a carte restaurant offers very good service and good food

The lift is too small as it does not hold more than 4 persons. When a large group arrives for check in or check out , use of lift becomes congested. The wellness and spa are also a bit small.

The food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious! The staff was kind and helpful. The location is great, it’s in the middle of the center.

They didn’t give us the room that we have booked over Booking. After we complained about it at the reception they changed our rooms. The water from pipes in the bathroom was yellow at the beginning. Both from the sink and the shower.

We liked everything, there was no issues. The perfect location, everything you need is in the near. The room was big. The breakfast was great, so many options and very good quality. We loved it and would come back to Rijeka only for this hotel and the amazing food in Rijeka itself.
