hotel is new, you can see , but it's not 5 star hotel as it is europe. There is a lot of work to do to reach that leve. You can start not to charging for drinks separately with meal if everything is in the price already.

Parking costs to much 20 euros a day. We had dinner and breakfast and they are charging drinks at dinner extra what I don't find fair at all. I have travelled allround europe and world and only cheap places doing that .

This was our second stay at the hotel, and we returned because of its excellent location, right in the center and just across a quiet road from the sea. I’d especially like to compliment the restaurant staff. My husband and I had both breakfast and dinner included, and the food was truly delicious. However, for a five-star hotel, I expected a wider selection of fruit at breakfast — there were only melon, pineapple, apples, and bananas. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room this time. The housekeeping was inconsistent — something was always missing, whether it was toilet paper or towels. Over the course of seven days, the floors were either not cleaned at all or done very poorly. We submitted a complaint about this when checking out, and the staff was very understanding. Perhaps we should have reported the issue earlier, but we didn’t want to let it affect our holiday. As a gesture of goodwill, we were not charged for parking, which we appreciated. Despite this issue, we will definitely return. I believe we weren’t the only guests who experienced this problem, and I trust the hotel will take steps to improve.

location to beach and local restaurants is fantastic. food in restaurant was very good for adults. Each day something new and delicious.

- Cleaning service did not clean room on daily basis, it was required to ask them or contact reception. - Cups or tea not added/changed during stay. - Dinner/supper not friendly for small children. Awesome food for adults. Good to have similar food to breakfast a specially for children.

Location of the hotel is perfect, away from the main square yet close enough to walk. Stil, on Saturday night, a very loud music coming from outside continued until about 4:00 o'clock in the morning. When you close the windows tightly, you do not hear much from the noise outside, though. We stayed in the historical building in a room without a balcony. Very spacious room with a very clean bathroom. More towel hangers would be nicer. Payed 100 Euros extra to get a room on the sea side, yet the view was only partial. We did not bother as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. It is a big plus that the hotel has a parking place for guest cars. There are several beaches right in front of the hotel and in a walking distance. Within an hour's ride, you can also find different types of beaches in nearby small towns. We were on half board and liked the meals served in the restaurant. Many choices for every taste and sensibilities (like no pork, vegetarian etc). Gluten free diet is available yet limited to packaged gluten free bread and a cookie beside the choices of cheese and so on for breakfast. At the dinner buffet, vegetables, meat dishes, fish, rice dishes, a very delicious ice cream etc provide some selection opportunities. At each buffet, there is also a wide selection of fruits, and a salad buffet available. At breakfast, you can prepare your tea as you desire from among a selection of tea leaves, and/or you can have your free cappucino during or after you are done with eating. Restaurant personnel are very nice. Especially Anna from Serbia made our stay more enjoyable with suggestions for sightseeing and swimming. We were not sure to go to Opatija, but she highly recommended it and we went. It would have been a loss not to go there.

Great food for breakfast and dinner. But I expect bit more choices.

The pool was bit cold. Saunas were as expected. Great. In relax zone I was expecting e.g. tea or refreshing drinks. As some hotels of 5 stars have.

Lovely standard of finish in this plush hotel. Most aspects are great and the bar area sat outside has a good mix of quiet and people watching, even in the evening. Parking is possible but is €15 a night or more if you choose inside parking. Breakfast is great and has a nice choice of

All Smart functions on the to appear to be disabled so no Netflix or Apple. There are additional HDMI ports which appear to be active for those bringing their own media player.

It was my birthday and the staff went out of their way to upgrade our room and give us a treat that could be described as presidential. The hotel has a strategic location, in the mere center yet at the end of the promenade and it is surrounded with newly paved patio. Breakfast is rich and in line with 5star standards. Parking garage is available and both reception and dining room staff seem to be chosen on the basis of kindness and politeness towards the guest. Excellent bar on the premises with a great selection of wines.

We did not have any negative experiences or witnessed any unpleasant situations, on the contrary, we would definitely recommend it
