From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable in the hotel. The staff welcomed us warmly and kindly; they were extremely helpful during our stay. Our room was with a sea view, which was stunning. The room was well-equipped, the shower was so amazing! The balcony was wonderful. We also visited the spa, where we could drink tea or water with fruits (women love these things!!). It was very clean, the view from the jakuzzi was marvellous. All in all, our stay was a 10/10 experience. Location was perfect, staff was well trained, dinner was great in the hotel’s restaurant.

The breakfast could have been better quality with more variants, but it was still great.

There is a lack of parking. Not just a hotel problem but one that is city wide. Parking in the street is 28 eur a day if you can find a spot and buy a daily ticket. If you have to park in a private lot be prepared to pay 1.8 EUR per hour …. 24 hrs per day.

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience at the Aminess Younique Hotel in Crikvenica! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed – the staff greeted us with a smile and remained incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Huge compliments to the entire hotel team – you truly made our stay special. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean, and comfortable. We were especially impressed by the beautiful view from the balcony. The wellness area is a little oasis – a perfect place to relax, extremely clean, peaceful, and well-equipped. We’d also like to highlight the rich and delicious breakfast, which was fresh, varied, and beautifully presented every morning. The hotel is perfectly located –close to the center and the beach, ideal for relaxing walks along the sea.

What we liked: - The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. - Staff were polite and professional. - The atmosphere is child-friendly. - Breakfast was plentiful and varied. - The view from the hotel is stunning. - The terrace door is soundproof — we could hardly hear any noise from outside. - There are two elevators, which is convenient. - They moved our car between the parking area and the hotel whenever we asked — very helpful!

What could be improved: - The wellness area water was warm only on the first day; on the following days it was covered and unheated, making it uncomfortable to use. - At the tea station in the wellness area, there were no spoons to stir in sugar. - Towels were often not available by the pool — guests had to use their bathrobes to dry off. - Used towels taken by housekeeping were not replaced unless we specifically asked. - Sugar for the in-room coffee was not replenished automatically. - When three towels were taken by housekeeping, only two were usually returned — again, we had to request the missing items. - We often had to search for housekeeping staff to ask for replacements or missing amenities.

We had a wonderful vacation, and a great merit goes to the team of this special hotel! The hospitality, kindness and politeness of the staff impressed us from the very beginning. All the employees, from the reception to the cleaning and restaurant staff, were kind, smiling and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the general atmosphere is warm, welcoming — like in a family. We felt not just customers, but truly welcome guests. We thank the entire team from the bottom of our hearts for the care and attention provided! We will definitely return and we warmly recommend this place to all those looking for a peaceful stay full of human warmth. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in April 2025 — it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was kind, discreet, and always ready to help, without ever being intrusive. The quality of service was exceptional, whether at the restaurant, the spa or with room service. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from the perfectly prepared breakfast or meals to the small touches in our room that showed how much they care about their guests' comfort.  One moment that really touched us was when they surprised our son with a small chocolate egg as a thank-you for his kindness and sweet comments — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. There was a calm, family-like atmosphere throughout our stay, and yet the level of service was truly high-end. It is rare to find a place that combines warmth and professionalism so effortlessly. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back.  We will surely recommend this place to friends and family.

Thank you for the warm welcome! This is the best hotel on the coast. We stayed for three days to celebrate my birthday. Our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel also gifted me a bottle of wine for my birthday — a very pleasant gesture. The service was excellent. There were three of us — my husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and me. I want to highlight the brilliant design of the transformable bed. We didn’t need to order an extra bed: the child’s bed pulled out as a lower tier, so our daughter had her own space to sleep. Simply genius! The spa area is a wonderful place to relax. It was chilly outside, but the indoor pool is heated to 30°C, as well as the water in it. The jacuzzi on the terrace was also heated. There are two saunas, and tea is included in the spa — every little detail is thought through. The breakfast deserves a separate mention — it was pure bliss. Everything was delicious and varied. In addition to the buffet, you can also order dishes from the à la carte menu, which are included in the price — no extra charges. We are honestly ready to return just for the breakfast! The staff is incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Chef Marko is truly a master of his craft — both the taste and presentation of the dishes were outstanding. This hotel is a solid 10 out of 10. Grateful and impressed. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful time at this hotel – truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming and our room was beautifully furnished. We absolutely loved the wellness area - everything felt fresh and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were blown away by the quality of the food and the attention to detail. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. This was exactly the kind of peaceful escape we were hoping for. Can’t wait to return!

The hospitality and service of this hotel are rivaling even the Hilton hotels. This was the best stay I ever had. Friendly, helpful, professional, always approaching their guests with a smile. The rooms are so beautiful, spacious, and modern. The view was incredible. I got a room upgrade from city view to sea view, and it was just beautiful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the sunset. The spa facility was amazing as well. Nice pool, terace where you could lay in the sun. For breakfast, there were various things you could choose. I am grateful that gluten-free bread was an option. I will definitely come back again to this hotel without a doubt.

Everything was great! We had a loveley big room with a balcony and sea view, breakfast was amazing. The pool and sauna were really clean too. Staff was helpful and nice. Hotel is close to many public beaches which is also a huge plus. The room has netflix and a big tv which was a plus at night! Also if you are picky with your pillows like I am, the hotel has a pillow menu where you can choose a pillow to your liking, it made my stay much better as not every pillow is comfortable for me. All in all the vacation was a success and we will definitely come back and stay longer :)

It was a quite dusty when we arrived but I'm sure if it's asked about they would clean, the faucet was a little drizzly but also nothing that cannot be fixed easily. One big minus for me was that, unfortunately the doors aren't so noise proof, so in the morning around 7 everyone would start waking up, bang the doors, children running around the hallways, and that would wake me up as a light sleeper... However, overall, everything was great 👌
