My refrigerator was not working it was in defrost mode at the time, they took my refrigerator and gave me a new one and took care of all my needs!!!

Just being overpriced due to the apple and pork festival, it's already cost for the booth cost for the gas it cost triple for the room. Clean the drains a little bit better there was a lot of gnats in the bathroom.

Check in was very easy and staff very friendly.Rooms very clean . Large rooms not cramped . Definitely would stay here again. Prices are definitely the best around. Liked the fact that they offer weekly rates also

Nothing I didn't like

Our room was clean, furniture was older but comfortable. Small microwave worked well and so did refrigerator. Made fresh coffee in the little coffee pot that had a good flavor. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

You could see the furnishings were older but as long as the room was clean, that was my main concern.

It's a motel so it's what you'd expect from a motel, but I thought the price was a little high for a motel in a small town. Motel rooms in Decatur and in Bloomington-Normal rent for way cheaper than this. So from a value perspective, expected something nicer given their price point. Would be fine if the price were lower for what you get. But oh no, it was a good stay. Melanie disappointment is that I asked for a quiet room away from others and of course I had someone right next to me even though there were plenty of other vacant rooms. So that was disappointing because obviously you can hear the person next door throughout the whole night. At other places when I know they have very low occupancy, you can tell by the empty parking lot, if I ask for a room away from others they accommodate it. For some reason this place put me right next door to someone else. So I had to hear that all night long.

The towels were old and dingy. The soap that they provide doesn't really work like soap. You're best ringing your own soap.
