Staff was great, nice pool, clean. The best beds ever! We slept so well, we wanted to take the beds home! :)
Our tv/remote did not work. We enjoy reading, so didn’t affect us much — but this should be checked before releasing the room as “ready for guests.”

The breakfast was good. The location was great as well. Close to restaurants and shopping as well.
Needs more trash cans in the room. The microwaves handle was missing. I’ve machine was broken in the 2nd floor and vending machines only takes card and no cash.

Very clean, very comfortable, staff was pleasant and efficient (except for a continental breakfast).
Breakfast: we stayed on a Monday night. The food supply was nil. Coffee was cold and not fresh! Staff said that they were so busy over the weekend that they were out of food. Seems to me that it could have been replenished by Tuesday morning. Disappointed customer!!!

Breakfast included egg, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, milk, juice. Plenty of variety. Sink and mirror were not in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.
Pool chemical seemed a little irritating to the eyes.

We loved our stay here. We were able to go to the zoo while we were there. Had a great time and enjoyed our visit and the friendly staff. Thank you so much for a great experience

Wonderful poofy pillows! Hot shower!
It was all adequate. Surprised about how worn and old the carpets seemed. Makes the place look tired, in need of an upgrade.

The property was clean. Staff was very friendly.
Biggest disappointment was the lack of TV stations. I’ve noticed in recent stays, the hotel industry has reduced their station options. I can only assume as a money saving move. But many have replaced TVs with smart TVs allowing guests to sign in and watch what they would like. This would be a good option to consider.

The Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and sweet.
Didnt realize that there wasnt a fridge or microwave in room Breakfast wasnt great but for free Im not really complaining
