The room was very comfortable and fit our large family. There was just a short trip down the elevator to the pool. It wasn't really big, but we had plenty of room to move and swim around. Since it was only 4 and a half feet deep at its deepest, I felt comfortable in the pool with my younger daughters that are not strong swimmers yet.

The breakfast was good, but the crock pot that had the gravy for the biscuits and gravy had some trouble keeping it warm, so we used the microwave to warm it up. Not a big deal, but less convenient.

Value for money was great. It was the graduation weekend at UIUC: prices in Champaign (45 minutes drive away) were starting at 300 per NIGHT. At Ramada in Decatur, we paid less than 250 for all the three nights that we needed to stay. With that, the place was clean, safe, and easily accessible.

For the money, everything was great - in fact, far exceeding the expectations. There was even a small breakfast available (for the price, I was expecting a coffee at most).

The staff was MORE than accommodating and just nice people. They went out of their way for me when they didn't have to which was just so kind. I really liked staying here after I had a disastrous 2 nights at a different hotel the nights prior. I will gladly stay here again. Great hotel and great staff. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option.

Expected two queen beds in the room when arriving which is what was reserved and confirmed. The room had a king bed instead upon arrival but it worked out okay. Staff explained that the rooms were changed since they weren’t being reserved/utilized but the online site was not updated to reflect the change.

The breakfast was outstanding especially for the price! The location was great because of the Walmart. Around Thanksgiving and Christmas that was a lifesaver!

The electrical outlet plates were broken so large insects were coming in the room through the holes. The cats had a blast chasing them down, though, lol.

I'm very happy they were able to give us our adjoined rooms.

The bathroom door was hard to close and get open.

I was told my visitor could only stay a hour.. I hadn’t seen my family in 4 years so this was a bit irritating

There were soft beds and nice plants out front.

The shower heads look a little wonky but work fine : )
