I have been staying here while on Route 66 since it was built and I believe 20 some years go it was a Holiday Inn Express. Handicap room was great - I am walking challenged so it works out great for me I feel very confident staying there. It was full - but quiet nevertheless. I felt secure once in and locked for the night.

When I got to my room the door was not locked it was open. I had someone come in with me to make sure it was ok. There was a rip in the carpet (slit) where the carpet was worn just before bed. I was concerned I would catch my foot in it but it was fine. I didn't appreciate the after-email that because of the "great rate" I wasn't getting points. This was not a $150 room. I remember paying $60 for the same room not that long ago and $92 with tax no points? If you want people to continue to stay make it possible. I would book direct with the hotel if rates were price matched. Your policies have made the change in people dealing direct with the hotels.

The beds were very comfortable in our suite which was very spacious for the four of us. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices including make-your-own Belgium waffles, eggs, and meat. We liked the large lemon water dispenser and coffee in the lobby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect without being too busy. It was near the Cracker Barrel and gas station.

The hot tub wasn’t working.

The breakfast was really good and fresh. They actually took pride in preparing the food for hotel guest. The kitchen/dining area was very clean and sanitized, which was nice that we didn’t have to go outside of hotel to purchase breakfast food.

There was a huge storm, lights went out for hours. My daughter and I were stuck in elevator for about 1/2 an hour, but no fault of the hotel. I and my daughter were just fearful and heightened anxiety due to being claustrophobic. The hotel staff and owner were very accommodating and concerned for my daughter and I well-being.

Generally in good repair. Beds comfortable. Closet and desk. Coffee bar. Size of room and lighting.

Bathtub needs scrubbed. Ring around the bottom of the tub. No grab bar. Duvet looked dirty and stained. Cover was clean, but dirty parts were easily visible on open end of cover. Hallways and elevator could stand to be vacuumed. Hot tub still out of service after many months.

Very clean. Overall room needs some updating. Fraying carpet, scuffed walls, broken handle in tub/shower. Small ants on counter.

Layout of bathroom is very poorly designed. Sink is immediately inside door. You can’t use the sink and some else go in or out of room. Shower toilet area is tiny, towels are outside under sink and there is no bar for hanging one by the shower.

The pool was nice. My 5 yr old and I had it to ourselves. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was good. The bed was super comfortable.

My toilet overflowed and there was either a blood or makeup stain on our sheets. The jacuzzi has been cemented in, which is sad. I was really looking forward to using it.

I liked that the hotel is right off of the interstate. I liked that the hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. My stay was comfortable and pleasant. This was my second time staying here and each time it was clean, comfortable and pleasant. There were a lot of food places near by as well as a Walmart.

I don't like the bathroom sink being in the bedroom. I like it being in a area that is not visable in the room. Because I was with my grandchildren it was ok but would have liked more privacy when we are all trying to get ready.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We rode the motorcycle in and they were very helpful with parking and gave us rags to wipe the snow off it! Breakfast was good, bed comfortable.

Door lock was weak, but deadbolt worked.

Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Room was very comfortable.

I explained we had a small pet travelling with us. The day we checked in was when I received a msg saying the hotel pet fee is $75! I could not cancel the room because it was no-refundable When I checked in I told the staff this fee was outrageous!

Located just off their highway. Short distance to many restaurants and Walmart. Easy to get to. Room was clean and ready by check in time. Staff were friendly.

Not enough breakfast was set out to meet the demand of the people staying. Some foods were empty and were not replenished quick enough to address the people flowing in.
