Friendliness of owner at check in and accommodating manner at late check in. It was clean and the hot shower was great. Bed was comfortable and once I figured out how the AC worked, it was all good! Also, was quiet, no one running up and down the hallways.

The towels in the bathroom were OK, but could have been more absorbent. Also, a floor mat or towel getting out of the shower would have been nice. Had a little trouble with the closet door, but nothing major. Also, light in the room was a little dim.

It's a nice little place to stay at. The front desk person was very welcoming and nice. If he sees you around he's asking if all is OK. Etc. Our room was clean and well kept.

I stayed here 2 days as I went to check on the guys who are working for me. But, ultimately I booked this one because it had a pool/ laundry onsite. I figured they can atleast go for a swim after a long day and they have laundry there since they'll be there for a week and some days. However, they are out of service. So that was a bummer.

When we went to our room there were cleaning wash rags on the night stand and sink, and waste can not emptied, I told the girl that checked us in and she apologized and would let the housekeeper know. When we returned from Bloomington things were the same, but we did have a TV in our room. I found the girl who checked us in, and gave her the cleaning cloths, she was delivering towels to another room. She apologized and brought towels to our room a little later. We slept well , bed was comfortable and sheets clean, as was our room.

Safe location, willing to accommodate late arrivals, quiet, nice honeymoon suite for the jacuzzi. Super customer service. Nice older Best Western. Great effort, considering everywhere is short-staffed and struggling. Kudos!

Nothing not to like. Heavier blanket, bigger pillows if I'm being nitpicky, but we're close enough that bringing our own isn't an inconvenience.

Great rates. Comfy beds. Nice staff. The hot tub suite is really nice. Decent shower.

The side door didn't lock and just anyone could come in. Someone kept slamming doors all morning.

The staff was great the young guy who worked Sunday night was great and the girl who worked Monday morning I believe her name was nikole she was awsome helpful courteous prompt and friendly she was great

The bed and pillows you could melt in. Also the accommodations for my work schedule to allow me for and extended check out . I really did appreciate that.

No complaints of the place but the GPS did take me to a different location
