I stayed at the Wyndham Springfield Hotel for the 4th of July weekend. The best part was the 28th floor room that allowed my wife and I to survey Springfield fireworks throughout the city.

The staff (single worker not entire) informed me that there was no room service i.e., daily clean-up of the room and fresh towels etc. If I would need anything to please contact the front desk. Personal security of items were not properly stored away because of what my wife and I was told by staff worker. This was incorrect, there was a daily clean-up and the maid service was outstanding not bothersome very polite. When you ask the front desk for assistance of hotel operation for $250.00 stay two-night stay you just want to believe that the front desk staff is locked in on protocol of the operation. I would have selected Exceptional service instead of just good.

I liked how it was in the middle of most of everything. Walking distance to Lincoln's house and the capital building. There are lots of restaurants nearby. My youngest picked it for the view. Stayed on the 28th floor. Awesome view of the city.

I felt like there should have been a free sitting room towards the top. The t.v. channels didn't work well, and only 2 channels worked..

The location was perfect! We were traveling for a concert and the venue was right across street. There were also tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was great. I was able to leave my car in the garage and walk everywhere I needed to.

The only thing was that the fan in our bathroom didn’t work. Everything else was great!

It was comfortable. The location was great for what we had planned. Parking was inexpensive $10 per night)

Only staff person was the one checking us in. No valet. No bell person. Because of the shape of the building (round) there was a lot of wasted space. The first night, it was very noisy.

Booked two rooms for four people one room wase mor expensive than other. I did not discover this until later sine the front desk attendant was unable to give me full recipe after paying. He did not Speake audible English and/ myself and my fellow gust tried to communicate with him and lefty with a receipt for one room only

Breakfast was awesome, and the fact that you have a pool is great! We were right in front of the Bank of Sprinfield Center, that is a big plus. we loved that it is the biggest building around, definitely an ego booster.

We were looking forward to the pool area, but the pool was Way too dirty and the Chlorine smell was too much! We thought the room came with the breakfast included, we had to pay per person. Lastly, the elevators took way too long.

No breakfast till on Sunday that's OK lots of other places to eat in walking 😋 distance over all 10 stars staff was nice room was clean bed was great would tell anyone a Must st Stay

Excellent location, clean quiet and easy walking to sightseeing and Amtrak station. Starbucks connected to hotel in lobby.

$15 for buffet breakfast should have been included free with hotel stay. No mini bar or microwave in room but there is public microwave at reception desk for guests to use. Only 3 clothes hangers and no where to sit other than bed. Apparently there is shuttle service at hotel but didn't find out until after booking a Lyft to Amtrak Station.

Location was great. We went to a concert at Banknof Springfield center and it was right across the street.

Seemed a big run down, whole place needs updating and virtually no outlets in room to plug in electronics and a c-pap machine. Restaurant was a joke. 2 people running the whole place and wait time for food was at least an hour. We left and found another option. Hotel was way overpriced for these reasons.
