Clean and comfy and location

It was advertised as sound proof and it was not. No hot tub. Breakfast wasn’t convenient at all

room was spacious, breakfast was great. Staff was friendly

workout equipment was older. Elliptical had a broken foot stand

Everything, we’ve stayed numerous times.

The overnight gentleman working that night was a little rude. We brought in food and they forgot to give us forks so my hubby went to the desk to see if you guys had any plastic ware. He pointed to where he could get some, then he realized he never asked where the ice was. He asked but the gentleman put his head down and never responded so we did without the ice though we could’ve used some. Just didn’t understand that.

The breakfast offered a vast selection, including scrambled eggs with toppings, sausage links and a waffle station, in addition to room temp or cold items. The Lobby and breakfast room were gorgeous and recently updated. It was nice to have an elevator for those who couldn't climb the stairs. I loved the option of the two-room suite that was very spacious. Loved the mini fridge/microwave/sink area between the bedrooms and the large bathroom, plus oversized desk.

I felt like the carpet and walls in the hallways by the rooms were dated, but the rest of the facility and rooms was nice. The sofa bed mattress was as horrible as most of those are. The sofa bed is near the door so noise from the hallway can keep the person sleeping there up at night.

The room size was large and clean. The hotel was updated and overall wasn’t bad.

The indoor pool was freezing. We went for an extra day so that my son could spend time in the pool but it was like taking an ice bath. It was so disappointing how cold it was that out of a 2 night stay, we ended up swimming about 1/2 hour and had to get out as it was just too cold. I read other reviews that said the water was warm. Honestly, had I know it was that cold, we would have stayed somewhere else. If you are looking for a nice getaway with a pool? This is not the place. But just for a quick stay for business? Then this would be a great place.

There was a smell in the room when you first walk in. It may have just been our room. Not sure if it was kind of a dog smell or musty smell. Almost called down to get a room freshener or something , but we were not going to be on the room long and we got used to it after in the room for a while. I checked and everything was very clean though

The Northfield Suites were nicely designed for comfort, convenience, and were esthetically appealing. The entire facility was kept very clean. Loved that the room was good-sized and that it had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and extra sink. Breakfast was delicious!

The person working at the front desk at check in (later in the evening) was not very personable and seemed to be more interested in watching television and talking on her phone. Also, it would be nice to have breakfast time extended another hour or so as, not everyone is visiting on business.

Conveniently located property right off of the freeway. The room was huge and had a desk and a table so both of us could work comfortably. There was also a kitchenette in the room, although we went to eat at the terrific Mexican restaurant next door. A good place to stay a night or a week.

It was a great experience, only negative is that the exercise room on premise was under construction (although they had alternative option across street). But all the other amenities were great as well as the staff! Loved the large pool, patio area and the atmosphere (lobby very cozy). Appreciated the dinner suggestions from the front desk as well.
