The guest house is centrally located within walking distance of the Lincoln Historic homesite, the Presidential Library, the State Capitol, and Union Station. The property has historic significance. The room was very comfortable, with a spa bath, kitchenette with ice maker. The guest house has some lovely outdoor seating areas with atmospheric lighting, gas warmers, etc. We did not use this area, because we stayed during very cold weather! But I think the terrace area would be a big plus in warmer seasons.

The keyless access directions were slightly tricky, but we succeeded in accessing the room without an issue. Not enough electric outlets, particularly by the night tables.

Charming renovated hotel with period decor. Plenty of hot water, fluffy towels, microwave, and fridge. Security is good and parking very close. Location is near downtown and main hospital.

With outdoor temperatures in the single digits it was a bit hard to keep the room warm at night. (Space heater was a big help in the daytime.) Access stairs are probably too steep and narrow for some guests.

I’ve stayed at The Pasfield House twice and both times, I was sent multiple codes for my door and they were all wrong. This time, I called the emergency number and was given a new code. Very frustrating. Additionally, the narrow and steep staircase is a tough way to get upstairs. Are there any alternatives? I’ll be back and I appreciate your consideration.

The lovely room at The Pasfield exceeded my expectations! The self-check in process was seamless, the room was spotless and much attention was paid to the details. It is evident that the room was designed with the comfort and needs of the guest in mind. Communication with management was impressive! They were available for any questions or concerns with the intention of making the quality of my stay positive one :)

I tied to open the door to the porch to sit outside on the small deck, but I couldn’t get it to open. The people in the other room on that floor were able to get outside. Something for you to look into. Also, there was an ironing board in the room, but no iron. But otherwise, the room was fantastic and I really liked it.

Loved the room had a living room as well as bedroom. spacious bathroom, great tub. Was surprised at the downstairs as there were no pictures so I had assumed it would be off limits but there was an event and the bar was open and it was fun to visit downstairs. Quite surprised it was that close to downtown

The staff was very responsive. The furnishings and rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff graciously accepted my late check out request.

The bed sheets and blankets were stiff and not very soft. The back staircase was steep and narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage.

The Pasfield was worth every penny! Absolutely charming house. I immediately noticed how clean and well cared for the location was. I got to chat with the owner and staff about the house and some of its history. I would 100% recommend staying here and would happily go back for another stay!!

You asked about the breakfast in that question, there was no breakfast. The room was well-maintained and appointed

It was tricky getting in and out of the shower. Also, it took a while to get hot water for the first person in the shower. The tabletop ice machine is kind of noisy.

Room was very comfortable & well appointed. Even had an icemaker. Staff was very friendly & quick to respond to my needs.

It was raining so couldn't enjoy the balcony, patios, or garden area. But they would have been lovely in better weather. Steep stairs, unexpected, but it is a beautiful converted mansion.
