Breakfast was good but very basic. No eggs were served for breakfast they just had sausage and biscuits with gravy beyond the basics. But the breakfast area was very well run and attended to by staff. They had bananas but no oranges. Apples were the alternative. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet so that was nice. The staffed was very helpful and friendly.

The ice machine on the second floor where I stayed did not work while I was there and was fixed at the end of my stay. I was able to use the ice machine on the first floor which was in an area not next any rooms so that was probably better. The pool water was not heated. I realize this is the case in most hotels but I stayed at a Comfort Inn on this trip that had a heated in-door pool. The pool was open until 11:00 which was nice.

Our second room (deadbolt didn't work in the first one) was exceptionally clean, comfortable and attractive. Everything in the room worked. Breakfast selection was pretty good, as long as you consider biscuits a good substitute for eggs.

The evening desk clerk, Mary, I believe, needs a serious training refresher. When I came to the desk to check in, she was on the phone. As soon as she finished, she went on a continuous 60 second rant about how unreasonable the customer was. Never did greet me before or after, just took my ID and went to work. The deadbolt didn't work in the first room I was given. When I reported this, Mary first said it was ok because the door locks automatically. Then she said she didn't have any other room to switch me to. Then she asked if I'd already used the bed and the toilet (really!) before switching my room.

The access of businesses nearby

We got here the elevator barely worked so had to use stairs most the time on the 3rd floor. But they seem to be remodeling and fixing things so I gave them a bit of a break on that. But the room I walked into had ripped furniture and minor damage around the room. Seemed liquids were spilled around the room along with stains on the bed all upon arrival. Had to clean the dressers and walls from the hopefully coffee marks. Just seemed it wasn't cleaned the way it should of been. But the stay was still rather enjoyable and hope to see further improvements of cleaning wise.

The lobby, breakfast area, room and pool were all clean and well maintained. The breakfast was adequate, but not steller. We enjoyed about an hour in the pool, and it was especially wonderful since there was no one else.

The bed was too high and difficult to get into. I have a bad back, and I lost sleep because the bed was too soft. When I asked for a handicapped accessible room, I expected there to be a roll in shower I could just walk into not a tub with hand rails and a bed that is easy to get into. Finally, we were directly across the hall from the Elevator which dinged everytime some one used it contributing to the lack of sleep.

Location was perfect. Clothes left in closet were mailed to us.

Clothes left in our room were put in lost and found instead of someone looking up our information and trying to call us. They were mailed out to us after we called inquiring about them on the next day after checking out. As for our room the bed was very comfortable but the shower door was not level leaving the door partially open, there was no handle to get out, just a screw to hold on to, the area around the drain was covered in something like duct tape and the floor there was quite soft in spots indicating possible rotting. Im not a big complainer but I think their maintenance could be much better!

The facility was amazing even with it being pet friendly! Quiet and beautiful lobby area. The pool was amazing the kids loved it! The breakfast was great as well. There were enough options to please any palate. Wish I would have booked two nights instead of switching hotels for our next destination. We will be back AND this will be our new choice for accommodations when we visit.

The pool temperature was a bit cold and the room size could have been much larger. I asked the staff three times not to charge my credit card and that I would be paying cash upon checkout- they charged my card anyways.

I really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and well stocked with lovely toiletries. Breakfast was great. The staff were all very friendly.

We were placed in a room with a connecting door, so you could hear next door clearly (they had a bad cough!). The hotel wasn’t busy, so I don’t know why they didn’t place us in a non connecting room. If so I’d have given the hotel 10 out of 10.

Everything was nice it would of been better if they had the pool area open longer or maybe even had hot tubs in the rooms but was great

The elevator sounded like it was about to fall apart. Parking could of been better as well. Not very much space or had maybe a covered smoking area

Great and easy location to get to

After midnight you best have your key 🔑 card and entering back inside means side door only. Not front entrance. The guy ignores anyone trying to get back inside. The Breakfast consists of hard boiled eggs 🥚 and cold cereal. Nothing really fancy … can’t complain when food is included
