I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It’s right by Target, Walmart, Starbucks, McDonald’s, & so much more. Loved that the pool water wasn’t cold. The man working the night I checked in was incredibly kind. The woman working the next day was just as equally as nice. I felt very comfortable there.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the pool is open 10am-10pm my son & I went down about 8:45ish. He’s 2 so he was a little skittish of the water so we ran back to the room about 9 to grab some of his toys for him to play with in the water & when we went right back a few minutes after 9 the door kept beeping red & wouldn’t let me back in. So we weren’t able to go back into the pool.

Breakfast was awesome! AARON was awesome. He assisted us in everything we needed. Even had the room keycards ready for us. Was able to put two rooms closeby each other. His personality and professionalism was superb!

The outlets were popping a burst of flash when plugged in an appliance. AC was blowing freezing cold and if we adjust it it becomes hot.

Located close to restaurants and shopping

The pool was undergoing maintenance which was not listed on the website. The whole reason for picking this hotel was the price and they were supposed to have a pool

Friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable. Room was well cleaned.

The smell was a little strong. Not sure if it was cleaning materials or just a fragrance thing they use. Seem like I'm much older facility. For Hilton I expected a little more.

The hotel's location is ideal, with numerous shops conveniently within walking distance. I would gladly stay there again. The staff provided friendly service and the hotel was impeccably clean.

Hotel and our room was very nice. Updated. Comfortable beds. Very clean.

The room above ours was EXTREMELY noisey all night long. Sounded like they were doing construction up there. Extremely annoying. Was not able to sleep at all.

Spark is basic but a great value compared with nearby hotels. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. Breakfast is adequate.

The building and elevator could use an upgrade.

The staff was amazing. We were having issues with our air conditioner and they came up and were ready to help. Even texted me after to make sure all was well. Then texted me the second day to make sure things were still good!

The receptionist was very kind, and answered all of our questions we felt very welcome. Everything was so nice and clean, we very much enjoyed our short stay and hope to revisit soon.

I personally needed a drink and a sit in a hot tub. Since there is neither of those things, we had a long shower and rested early.

We did not make it to breakfast. The location was great cause we were near all restaurants and shopping areas. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
