Not enough food for the hotel stay, it was small amount put out, and it was the same meal every morning, breakfast starts at 6:30a most of the time people don't get up that early, by 7a all the food is gone and no more food is set out.

The big good name hotel under new management is being renovated for many small problems

Toilet tank needs attention as water keeps flowing (a waste) Breakfast needs improvement House keeper pls check room 320 next to fridge there is a dirty underwear.

from the first time when I walk through the door to check in this lady was very rude I asked was there pool was open she looked at me with the attitude and said read this note and on my way back out from checking out all three lady had a very rude attitude I was trying to see where the coffee was being made my wait time was like 15 minutes before I got checked out and I was the only one that was there in line

Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.wifi was great,tv was excellent always had something thing to watch lots of channels. Loved the chairs in the room

The vending machine area needs some work and the machine was empty.

Booked a room and nothing available when we arrived. No other hotels available in town MR Patel, went above and beyond and gave us a “out of order room” The only thing wrong was half of the electricity didn’t work. At that point it was 1 am, we were about to sleep in our car. Thank you!

The General Manager Indya and the front desk clerk Jasmine were both AMAZING! I could tell they run a tight ship. The hotel was quiet with no riff raff running around, and my room was beautiful and comfortable. Sitting outside on the patio was peaceful as I felt safe at this location. As a disabled Veteran these factors were important to me. My only complaint is that breakfast was not included as advertised. That was the reason I chose Baymont. I felt like I paid extra for an unfulfilled promise Having said that, I will definitely stay at the Springfield, IL. Baymont again should my travels bring me that way again. Bravo to the owners for hiring such wonderful staff. Their amazing customer service made my stay worthwhile.

No free breakfast as advertised

Only complaint was the plumbing. The sink and the showers definitely need to be replaced. Room was warm and cozy. Price was great.

Towels were rough. Plumbing bad

Room was fine. Tv remote didn't work. This was the 2nd Baymont in less than a month that the TV remote didn't work.

That fact I had to come up with an $80 cash deposit before they would let me check in.
