Good location. They have a large variety of breakfast offerings.

While it’s posted there’s no lifeguard, there’s no staff making sure rules are followed. We had a young adult group of 6 and the pool was very crowded with multiple kids who clearly were under 16 and clearly had no adult supervision. You almost couldn’t move around in the pool and we had to stick to one little corner but left after about 15 mins due to the crazy ball throwing and rowdiness of the unsupervised young kids/teens.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and everything was great! The atmosphere was pleasant, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. We especially enjoyed the pool with its warm, comfortable water — perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place!

The hotel was fabulous!! Our room was beautiful and super clean. The 2 front desk clerks Latoya and Rachel were amazing!! They have the usual breakfast nothing fancy but it was really good and they always have fresh cookies in the lobby throughout the day. The pool area is nice and clean we really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. There are several restaurants near the hotel we highly recommend Smokey Bones but do not eat at the IHOP. The hotel is in a great location it's actually very quiet and it's just minutes away from just about everything you could want to see in Springfield and Walmart is only 4 miles away. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay!!

I only have one complaint which I really wouldn't consider it a complaint it's just personal preference. I have to sleep on a super soft bed because I have arthritis in my hips unfortunately our bed was very firm but not completely uncomfortable I was still able to get a good nights sleep

The space was roomy. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. The pool was heated, nice and warm. The customer service was nice and helpful. They pointed out a nice place to get pizza delivered. The hotel had laundry and a fitness area. Complimentary cookies at night is a great bonus. The hotel focuses on cleanliness and maintenance, which really shows.

Someone got sick and they had to shut the pool down till the next morning.

The hotel was QUIET. People didn't let their doors slam shut; no one was running or yelling in the halls. I also appreciated the "free" cookie.

I personally felt the meat selections were very, very, very bland. The breakfast staff were excellent, and all the offerings were fresh and neatly arranged. I also appreciated that the televisions were turned down in the breakfast area.

The amenities were fantastic. The General Manager was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable of things in the area for tourists to visit. The breakfast food was delicious and the pool was definitely a kids favorite.

It is hard to write two or three sentences to sum up what I didn't like. There's a reason that this particular facility has been a gold or platinum rated Comfort Suites facility for nearly a decade. There really isn't much we didn't like. If I had to hone in on one thing, it would be that the air conditioner in the room was TOO efficient to the point that one of my children said it was too cold.

The location was excellent. Restaurants close by, close to interstate. Room was comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Would stay there again. A little pricey, but it was the State Fair.

It could have been a little cheaper.

as per all hotels, the pillows are way to soft, but again this is all hotels, not just here.

Great breakfast; good size of room. It was a convenient location to see Springfield and the Lincoln childhood home/museum.

Our room was located across from a large group reunion; it would have been nice if they told us the event was taking place. Otherwise, very convenient room location on first floor.

Location was right off the expressway. Loved the 3 Queen beds rather then 2 queens and a pullout couch. Was much more comfortable for my family!

Breakfast was a nice touch but very small. Overall though it was a great stay!
