The only complaints I had were that the pool was cold and the neighbors were loud. I didn't complain about the neighbors, though. It sounded like kids having fun. The whole place was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was very nice. It's right off the interstate. There's a gas station next to it, a Starbucks across the street, and plenty of places to grab food nearby. They only allowed guests to enter through the main door, which was a plus for me.

Clean and comfortable

Room 416 has some maintenance issues. 1. The refrigerator and microwave cabinet door had minor damage and would not close properly. 2. The bathroom door was blistered and damaged from excessive moisture/steam from showering. 3. The bathroom toilet needs to be addressed. It rocks when it's sat upon. I still want to give this place an excellent rating for its friendly outgoing staff and for its cleanliness and comfortability, and I would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was good. We appreciated having the coffee and tea service available, especially since we got in around 9 pm. The room was clean and appropriate amount of towels, etc.

The window coverings were not adequate. The shears didn't close all the way and let in the light from the streets and surrounding businesses. The curtains didn't close at all. We are used to sleeping in a dark room, so that made it harder to get to sleep and stay asleep.

The pool was perfect for our 8 & 9 year old it's 3-4 ft with steps to get in. The check in staff was very nice and helpful the check out stuff was nice and helpful as well they where able to accommodate a late checkout when they where to busy do late check out I appreciate all of there help. Housekeeping was helpful too. breakfast was nice the kids had fun making their own waffles 🧇

The room had damage, window cover. The shower was not appealing, it appeared perhaps housekeeping "went over it". Perhaps someone in a decision making role, might want to assess, if they were traveling and used the room, what the comfort level would be, in that space. (The cleanliness and esthetics of the shower. )

This hotel has ample parking and easy access to the freeway. Spotlessly clean and coffee and tea were provided 24/7. Beds are extremely comfortable and the windows were huge with a lot of natural light. Overall solid hotel

The shower curtain kept falling down due to curved railing (good idea but doesn't work well in practice). Breakfast was quite limited in terms of options, especially healthy options. Cleaning is only available on request.

Excellent large room, quiet, and spacious. Very comfortable beds.

Breakfast wasn’t fabulous but not awful. The silicone around the bathtub needs to be replaced - it looks awful and doesn’t give off good vibes, otherwise the property is in pretty good shape!

It was updated and close to exit off freeway. Had a good breakfast with hot options. Beds were comfortable.

Location was next to a power plant on one side and gas station on other. Across the street from a homeless encampment. Even though updated, needed maintenance on several things including remnants of water damage on bathroom door, poorly repaired wall in bathroom from moisture. Concerned with mold issues.

Location was good because it was right next to the Interstate and shared a parking lot with a gas station. Big room and quiet enough for me to sleep well.

It was supposed to be 2 queen beds but only one was a queen. Not too much of a problem. Pool was supposed to open at 6:30 am, but key did not work.

Good selection at breakfast and location is near the interstate, a gas station, local lake and park area, and Starbucks. Quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. Good value for the price.

The AC unit was pretty loud but that's all. The location isn't a pretty view of anything, but it's convenient.
