The breakfast was good & hot. Liked the eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, they also had pastries, cereal, apple & orange juice plus coffee. The lady who runs the breakfast was nice and freindly. She had asked us if we mind her sweeping the floor we said no. She also took our plates when we were done as well as she took other peoples plates also. The T.V. didn't work when we checked in but the lady at the front desk fixed it within 10 mins. We had the room right next to the breakfast room which made it super easy to walk to.

The room might not have been used in a while because it had that musky or mildew smell to it. All in all the room was nice and clean.

We stayed in a double queen suite, us, our son and our puppy... It was great!!! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was well lit and room was overall very clean!!!

The reason we booked a double queen suite was to ensure we all had plenty of space and not feel as if we were on top of one another, but to be completely honest, it was kind of crowded!!! The "living area" wasn't too separated from the "sleeping area"!!! And, in my opinion, should have had it's own television...

This is the second time staying at a Quality Inn & Suites structure, and I can confirm that the room was impeccably clean (in all its aspects, including the room, bathroom, bed sheets, and towels) and definitely spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was definitely satisfying — it included fruits, waffles, yogurt, cereals, bread, cinnamon rolls and other sweets, English muffins with gravy, sausages and eggs, and much more. Additionally, the hotel provides a large parking lot, an indoor ice machine, and a couple of 24/7 snack machines for guests' convenience.

I stay here routine me I stay here routinely because of the location and pool and hot tub. The bathrooms need renovated pretty desperately, but they do everything else well. Except the coffin. I keep telling them to put some coffee in the coffee I mean really there’s no coffee in the coffee ever. Like it’s the color of tea. Green tea. But overall, I have very enjoyable stays there!

Facilities are good and room was clean. Bathrooms in rooms can use a renovation but overall is good.

The staff at breakfast, extremely rude and in a hurry to get people out and close down before the designated time. Took down the beverage machine and coffee and put the food away before everyone was finished. Definitely extremely disappointing.

Location was perfect for the things I needed to do in Springfield. The attendant at breakfast was friendly and helpful. I noticed that many of the other guests enjoyed chatting with her. She was a bright and positive way to start the day and she kept an ample supply of food available.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, not just one day but all days.

Staff were friendly and kept the place clean. Seems like everyone there are hard workers and enjoy their job.

No smoking signs everywhere and the halls smelled like an ashtray. People were spraying perfume or such, made it smell worse. Outside was like a giant ashtray, cig butts everywhere, might want to place some garbage collection for them. Along with a dog poop pickup. People are gross..

The room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located for what we had planned for a quick getaway weekend (3 nights). Lots of nearby options for eating or picking up something you forgot. Breakfast spread was always clean and food was hot. The lady working the morning breakfast was amazing and attentive to everyone's needs. Price was reasonable. We were looking for a room to sleep in at night as we had full days planned while in the Springfield area and this was exactly what we were looking for.

Spa jets did not have much oomph and did little more than just circulate the water.

Convenient and affordable. Friendly staff.

The bathroom shower stopper did not stay up thus creating standing water while showering. The faucet also leaked when shut off creating pools of water along the sink. I understand that the toilets are set to be resourceful water wise but the lack of water in the actual bowl was ridiculously low. The lobby ALWAYS smells like marijuana which is a downfall as no one wants to walk in to a clean facility and smell a skunks butt.

Clean hotel, good location with a Target, Walmart, Starbucks, and the rest of White Oaks Mall shopping area around, well lit areas around the hotel. Room was comfortable. Shower was clean. Staff is attentive.

The breakfast selection is limited. Too many sweet things. Would love to see a bit more balanced options. (For example, besides kids yogurt, which is super high in sugar and colorants, there should be a zero sugar yogurt)
