The room was very "roomy" We wanted a lot of space for our grand daughters to be able to spread out and enjoy themselves. It worked out great. Unfortunately, one of our grand daughters was not feeling well. So, the room had two areas with a door between the sitting area and the bedroom. When anyone wanted to rest or sleep, the other ones could be in the other room watching tv or playing. The pool was nice and relatively warm, compared to a lot of hotels we've stayed at. The breakfast selection was very nice.

To really no fault of the staff at the hotel, an alarm went off at 11 p.m. which turned out to be some sensor in the pool area. The alarm was ear piercingly LOUD. We were all fast asleep and I had no idea what was going on. I opened the door to the hallway and there were other people looking around, too. It wasn't until then, that I realized the alarm was throughout the entire hotel. It took us forever to get back to sleep after being released back into our rooms. Luckily check out is not until noon, so we stayed and slept longer then we normally would have.

Check in/ check out was a breeze. Staff was nice throughout our stay. Room was clean. We were by the elevators and I was worried about noise but didn’t hear them at all. Breakfast was plentiful (and lots of options) with lots of room to move around everyone.

Minor complaints. The refrigerator didn’t seem to get very cold. The window curtains do not close all the way to block out the light. There are gauzy curtains in place to keep people from seeing in. But I like more coverage.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was very clean. I enjoyed my 2 days stay.

It is a bit of a round about to get to the Hotel but that can't change. It's alright once I got there and was familiar with the location.

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed two days. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was also within a short walking distance to Meijer's.

There wasn't anything that disappointed us.

Breakfast and cleanliness of the facility.

The “plug in” placed on the bed stand for charging devices did not work. I had three items that needed charging during the night. I was quite dismayed to discover in the morning that my devices were not charged. There was a sign as I exited the hotel asking if there were any problems; however, I had a meeting and didn’t have time to discuss this with the desk.

Hotel was what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The beds were comfortable. All was clean. We had a lovely buffet breakfast. The location was easy to find and easy for onward travel the next day. Parking was easy.

One lift was out of action.

Did not eat alot. Just had coffee. Sister was going to eat scrambled eggs and there were none. We sat and enjoyed some fruit and a bagel.

Not sure if scrambled eggs are offered but if not that would be nice.

Good location. I was originally booked for an upper level room but the clerk found one on street level and I did not request it. He took the initiative so he was very accommodating.

I have no complaints.

General facilities were better than I anticipated. Rooms and building were clean, except for the usual hotel carpet dinginess. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was pleasant temperature. Breakfast was good -- better variety of food items than I've experienced in a while at a complimentary hotel buffet. Staff was polite and responsive.

Walls are definitely NOT soundproof -- we struggled to sleep due to a loud family next door. No hot tub in pool area. Only real complaint about hotel itself is that, in the morning *before checkout time*, housekeeping was eager to get into the room. Since we had a "do not disturb" sign on doorknob, staff called our room to see if they could get in to clean. They were apologetic when we answered, but the call defeated the purpose of the "do not disturb" sign!

Front desk guy who checked me in was VErY nice.

Blow dryer in room 300 didn't work. Only blew cold air. Room had a little musty smell.
