The staff are superb, kind and available. Always willing to assist. We will be returning.
Some small details that typically most hotels miss. Although the cleaning staff were just as cordial and willing to assist, they may wish to add cleaning the a/c vents in the room, wiping the lamp bases, pulling hair out of shower drain. With regard to the patio (which is a really nice refuge), removing the seat cushion and cleaning out the accumulation of leaves and occasional bug remnants would make the space perfect. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the overall experience. Blessings, Ron & Theresa

That the TV's in my suite didn't work properly. Green hue on screen. The only channel that worked was ESPN. I had to use my Netflix account and after a while that didn't work either. I told staff when I checked out and they apologized but did not offer any compensation.

The location was easy in and out and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
Wished there had been a Continental Breakfast.

Easy access to highway
Electric went of Sunday morning I was trapped in the elevator no back up lights but they did get me out fairly quick

The King room bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a couch in the room. Also enjoyed the Starbucks cafe.
Our bathroom door didn’t close — needs fixing.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. Everything was stocked and working. It was very fresh smelling. I will stay here the next time I visit Springfield.
There wasn’t anything to dislike. This hotel has an awesome staff.

Rooms were clean and all appliances worked including bathroom fan.
Very little space around sink. Hot tub in pool area not functioning. No access from pool to patio.
