our room was very clean, beds were comfy. The inside of the hotel was nice overall.

the breakfast buffet was good but a little expensive. Too much when traveling with children. The outside of the building definitely needed some TLC. Dead shrubs and flowers made for an unpleasant entrance. We were most sad that the 14th floor garden was just a big open space. would have been nice if there were tables and chairs out there so we could sit outside and enjoy the view. there were garden lights too that were never turned on.

My room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were spotless and smelled wonderful. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was some sort of issue with the cash registers at the coffee shop/breakfast bar but they were so sweet about it and made accommodations, and made sure everyone was taken care of. The girls serving breakfast ensured everything was fresh and it was all delicious!

I have zero complaints. This is my third time staying at this location and I have only had great experiences.

The location was perfect for our stay. The room was very quiet and could not hear any noises outside of room. Beds were very cozy and comfortable.

The only downside to our stay was one escalator and two of the three elevators were broken. It made coming and going with luggage a bit of a struggle. We also noticed there were only 3 towels in the room for 4 people.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. I would love to know what kind of mattresses they use. Also, the hotel was pretty with all the dark wood. I liked that the bar was easily accessible on the 2nd floor and that they had a nice menu.

The walk into the building is pretty nasty. The ceiling above the drop off in front is very ratty looking and in need of a lot of repair. It sets a bad tone as you walk in the door. But then thank goodness things get so much better when you get inside. I also noticed that there weren't many staff around for such a large hotel.

Check in was an easy and pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and easily accessible. Close to restaurants and event we were attending. Like the bar onsite.

Would like to have a few amenities explained or offered at check in. Prefer bar soap rather than liquid but what was offered smelled pleasant. Starbucks priced way higher than the Starbucks down the street.

Very nice, large room, nice pool and gym, enjoyed the the Starbucks in lobby for morning coffee.

Had to ask for my room to be cleaned and towels to be delivered even though I put the sign on the door each day. Was done quickly once requested from the front desk.

Clean, very nice, great location, extremely comfortable beds.

For the price I was hoping for room service but they only offer hospitality service. The other thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom ceiling had water damage and was peeling a little but nothing crazy.

Staff solved a problem well. They made a mistake do upgraded our room which more than satisfied us. Bar was nice and had a good selection Busy but lots of seating available

We told reception a treadmill wasn’t working. We stayed a second time one week later and the issue wasn’t fixed nor labelled ‘out of order’.

It was very clean, very up to date, and very comfortable the bed was absolutely amazing.

Outdated television/ remotes. Maybe investing in smart tvs that allows guests to stream off their devices to the tv would be a great investment.
