The staff was very friendly and helpful. We accidentally left behind my daughter’s brand new IPad for college. The hotel housekeeping turned it into the front desk and when I called the front desk to inquire about it, they had it there waiting for us! My daughter was able to pick up her IPad without any issues. I am so grateful for their help and honesty. Will def still there again whenever we’re in Springfield to visit my daughter!

That towels were not in swimming area and attitude of worker that my 4 grandchildren showed up to see me and went swimming 😞

The room was clean and spacious. All the amenities were there and functioned perfectly. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and the linens were clean. The breakfast was as expected in quality and sufficient. The staff was welcoming and gracious.

Everything was great. The staff was nice, the rooms were nice, location was easy to find.

The showers were a bit weird due to the shower heads, and the rooms smelt of mildew (the staff said it was from steam cleaning the carpets, and they gave us febreeze to help with it).

The hallways were a bit musty. Rug needs updating. At the back door entrance, lots of empty beer cans and cigarettes. Put a trash bin there.

It was quiet, clean room, and the waffles were good. Convenient location with a Dollar General, gas station, & Cracker Barrel next door and across the road.

Needed a little more breakfast items.

The location is a bit far from the state capitol, and there's no shuttle service or public transit available in the town, so Uber/Lyft is the only way to go.

Nice and clean, easy to find.
