There was no breakfast at this location. In the room had refrig & electric burners

The staff was welcoming & care about their customers. However because of new ownership with new flag took booking.com a longer time to verify my payment for the room. Was not fault of the staff the verification process took a longer time from booking.com

Staff went above and beyond for my family after we had an Airbnb disaster that left us scrambling for a room. Most pleasant and helpful staff I have ever dealt with at a hotel.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The were very knowledgeable about the area and the events happening that weekend with the state fair.

In my room I saw mold on the wood bed frame and the room had a mold/ wet smell. I also saw several roaches in the bathroom.

Clean room

Checking in could have been less of a hassle. Too many problems trying to find my info in the system. When I made the reservation, all of that should have been accessible immediately. Desk clerk didn't seem to know how to find me after repeating everything multiple times. Not rocket science. I physically showed him CONFIRMATION number and he still looked confused. The day before I arrived, I did CALL what I thought was the facility but was someone in another state or something. Had an even worse experience with her. Repeatedly had to spell my name at least 10 times, before she comprehend the English language. Wasting my valuable time. One big joke, sorry to say. Confirmation number seems to be useless which is the bottom line here in both cases.

Nicer then we expected, bed was super comfy. Pool was nice to. Smaller then we expected, but water was decently warm.

Room had a weird smell when you first walked in. Went away, but still odd. Thankfully didn't last long.

It had a very clean smell when you walked through the doors. Even the room had a good smell

The mattress wasn't like I slept in the last time I stayed. This was just like sleeping on foam. Way to soft.

The staff was super friendly, all of the staff were kind, courteous and always helpful. The staff made my stay comfortable and easy.

The main entry should have a bench near for the elderly and those waiting for ride service.

The location was great for what I went there for. Stacey and Lexii were great very professional. Great customer service! Very accommodating! Overall it was a good experience!

All of a sudden after staying here several times now I was required to pay $ 25 non refundable and a $ 100 deposit on my 6 lb dog.
