Great location right next to the Capitol Building and in walking distance to the other attractions (10-20 minutes leisurely walk), free parking, very nice Front Desk personnel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good enough for a free breakfast. There were eggs and sausages, toasts, fruits, juices, cereals, coffee/tea. I don't believe anyone went away hungry.

I had to ask Front desk for amenities such as shampoo/conditioner/soap. Because they weren't in the room on arrival.

Breakfast was until 10:00. We arrived at 9:30 and some items were gone. Nothing was restocked while we ate. I feel if breakfast is offered until 10:00 then everything should be available for those who would like to sleep in a bit.

The oranges in the water - lol - I like 'straight water! It was really nice though, that water was available 24/7 in the lobby!

The front desk gave someone a key to our room. i would have thought their system would have flagged the room was already occupied but mid “entertaining” someone used the key to open the door. thankfully, i had the chain latched.

Place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was working well, parking was convenient, and there was a great view of the capitol building.

Beds were a little hard and breakfast was just okay.

The location was walking distance to the BOS center for the State FFA Convention. I had a great first feeling walking into the hotel- cleanliness and the smell of the lobby.

Couldn't find the TV remote and the room key card gave me trouble sometimes.

The laundry machines need to be fixed because we were stuck drying our clothes in our room because dryers were not working

There was no breakfast either morning which was a disappointment. Also I had asked for an extra towel but the front desk said they didn't have any available.

Breakfast was very efficiently placed off the hotel lobby. The chef/server was incredible - totally professional, made sure that our meal was exactly what we wanted and did the same for each person coming in after us. He set the tone for an incredible relaxed and great breakfast. The front desk staff was always courteous and attentive and we appreciated all the information they shared so we could enjoy a fantastic visit. We will be back!

The cleanliness and location

Our thermostat wasn’t reading correctly so the room wouldn’t cool down as much as we wanted it too. Also, for breakfast there wasn’t much. The restaurant in the hotel had prices way too high for what they were.
