The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was nice clean beds were comfortable. TV has a lot of channels. My grandchildren were happy because they had Nickelodeon. After a long day of driving, I like just to sit back and watch cartoons for a while and stretch out on their nice comfortable beds . Breakfast was the normal bagels, toast, cereals waffles. They had some yogurt. I had some fruit had some hard boiled eggs in a refrigerator and muffins. .

Comfortable. Decent sized room with couch. Clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and eager to help. Discounts at 3 next-door restaurants. Microwave and fridge. Luggage carts. Complimentary breakfast. Good value.

Rude biker group staying at hotel came home at 12:30 and 12:45. Their bikes, loud yelling, and music in the parking lot woke us and other guests. A friendly high school baseball team stayed there too. They crowded up the breakfast area but were very respectful. These issues were not necessarily problems that would reoccur. Breakfast was typical, mediocre with no protein. Location was away from attractions but walking distance to restaurants and fairly close to a few stores. Didn't use indoor pool that was about the size of a large jacuzzi. One of the many lights in the room didn't work.

Kristie at the check in was absolutely amazing! Other places should take notes on how customer service should work! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE and everything in the room was exactly as it should be! The breakfast was delicious! Make your own waffles?!?! I mean come on, can it get any better.!?!? Already have more reservations to go back!

I really did look for something to find that they could improve on but I just couldnt!! The other Wyndham property in Springfield really should follow Microtel ways of doing things!

The staff was extremely nice. I requested an upper floor room and they gladly accommodated us. The room was properly stocked with coffee, information about TV stations and other amenities. The breakfast was wonderful! It was a lovely breakfast with hot foods and many options. The whole hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I will come here again! It was a great stay.

Stay was amazing very clean very comfortable good breakfast. STAFF WORKING FRONT DESK SHOULD NEVER GIVE OUT INFORMATION ABOUT ANYONE STAYING THERE AND SHOULD NEVER GIVE A KEY TO SOMEONES ROOM JUST CAUSE THE PERSON CLAIMS TO BE A HUSBAND OR BOYFRIEND AND CAN TELL YOU THE PERSONS BIRTHDAY LONG STORY SHORT I WOKE UP TO A MAN STAND OVER ME AND THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IN MY ROOM

Surprisingly clean, well-appointed room.

Arrived at 10 pm to a guy playing video games in the back room. He barely knew how to check me in, and he would not accept my Dad's credit card which I used to make the reservation, because it was a different first name--this is the first time this has happened to me in a long time. To make matters worse, within an hour of checking in my credit credit had been compromised and cancelled. I can't prove anything, but the timing was very suspicious!

The people at the Hotel were friendly and helpful. There were so many things to do we will be making another trip.

Some of the attractions aren't marked very well, which makes them hard to find. Finding parking around most downtown attractions is impossible as local businesses use the same parking as the tourist.

The afternoon/night staff, Robyn, and the AM staff who's name escapes me at the moment, were fantastic!! They had the answers we needed, gave us tips and took a genuine interest in my Grandchildren and their trip. Was refreshing!!

Not enough chairs in lobby for breakfast and there was no pepper. The toiletpaper roll was too far away from the stool, my Granddaughter had to get off the toilet to reach the paper.

This was probaly the best stay in our three week road trip. The room was spacious and nice, the hotel offered complementary breakfast and access to an indoor poola nd the staff loved interacting with its guest. At a very decent price it had also the best value for money of our trip.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The bed was nice and firm and we slept well. Breakfast was not very impressive, but there were waffles and several juice selections, Fortunately, the hotel is close to many dining options. Great water pressure in the shower. Very friendly front desk staff.
