Being retired, we travel a bit, so we have developed a pretty solid hotel preference regarding the bathrooms...namely, that the sink is in the bathroom with the toilet and shower/bath. Never before have we encountered a hotel that has a sink in the bathroom with plenty of counter space and another outside the bathroom. To that we say bravo...well done! We wish all hotels were just like the Ramada by Wyndham Springfield North. You get our 'gold star'.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also loved the view from my window and how I was provided with a mini coffee maker and both regular and decaf coffee in my room. I also liked that the hotel was right by a few bus stops so I could walk there and take the bus to get around.

I would have liked more healthy breakfast options such as fresh fruit and oatmeal.

I loved the friendly greeting we received when checking in and out. The room was very neat, clean and had a microwave and fridge. The beds were nice and comfortable. The indoor pool with a view of the pond and grounds was excellent. The view was serene and the Inn was quiet. The room was excellent!

We didn't like the soap. It had a slick feel to it. It also felt like it wasn't washing off.

Loved everything! The location was great! Quiet area with lots of restaurants nearby but without congestion. Lovely pond out back. Room was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Lots of towels available. Desk clerk was friendly at check-in.

If I had to come up with anything, maybe a few more breakfast options. Toaster/toast/bagels maybe? But we were very pleased with our stay and this would not hold us back from returning.

Breakfast had variety and was nourishing. Staff was pleasant and friendly. She even asked if guests needed anything else as she wiped tables! : ) She is a Goodwill Ambassador for Ramada!!!! : ) Other staff were all friendly and helpful!

It was close to everything but also didn’t feel super busy. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the toilets isn’t very strong. You think it’s clogged but it’s not, it just needs to be fixed. The breakfast was okay but nothing out of the ordinary.

They charge a $50 incidental fee right off the bat, which wasn't disclosed until I arrived at the property. If you want to pay with cash, there is a $250 "deposit" that is required in addition to your room cost, right off the bat.

First day was fantastic. We had a sweet so the room price was accurate we did not pay any extra fees for anything, the staff was great I will definitely be coming back here when I travel to springfield.

Nothing everything was perfect the breakfast was perfect the staff was great we had a wonderful time, it was clean everything was what you expect out of a five-star hotel

Big room, clean, stayed 2 nights, got clean towels the next day. Bathroom was Big enough, clean, nice view on the pond in the back. Breakfast was good, enough different things to choose from.

There was a bad smell coming out of the air-condition unit. The humidifier helped a bit with that.

The breakfast was good... The hotel was full so the breakfast food had to be refilled often, we had to wait a bit for eggs. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Linens were clean.

There was some hair left in the shower, not much, and not enough to be an issue. I wish people would take a few minutes to clean their own hair out of the shower.
