The look of the property is nice. The room was big enough for both of us to be comfortable, but oddly laid out. Our "extended stay suite" had a stove top, microwave, coffeepot, sink, and full bathroom. There was plenty of seating in the lobby, including several 2 person tables on the second floor and a business desk with a computer. The restaurant drink prices were decent and in line with what we expected.

The food in the restaurant was pretty good, and would've been much better if it had cooked a little longer. From the pizza to the fried pickles, everything needed to cook longer and get a little crispier. The TV listing for our room was incredibly wrong, which is no big deal, but annoying. The shower was confusing to turn on.

It having a lounge area for food and drink in the day and evenings. Continental breakfast in the mornings.

The front entry doors are heavy and hard to open for people with slight health/handicapped issues to have to use on their own. Maybe a push button automatic open door would be an added feature in the future.

Beautiful setting! The staff was so kind and you could tell they genuinely liked each other. It created a wonderful environment to stay. Am looking forward to staying here again in the future 🤗 Very conveniently located for Lincoln sites.

Nice continental breakfast. Comforting rustic decor throughout.

Not that it mattered to me, but there is not an elevator to the second floor. If you have trouble taking the stairs make sure you get a room on the first floor.

I loved everything about this trip!! Staff & service was exceptional! The atmosphere was cozy, and the view of the riverbank in our room… beautiful!

We did not eat breakfast. We are not coffee drinkers. Would have liked a breakfast sandwich. Temperature in the lodge was pretty cold for us, but that’s a personal choice. Overall enjoyed our stay overnight.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with convenient access to the restaurant/bar area.

The staff is the best part of the RiverBank Lodge. They were not only accommodating, but proactive, anticipating our needs and offering assistance even before we asked.

The A/C in my room was a little bit cooler than I would have liked, but I couldn't find any way to turn it up. So, I just pulled up the pretty quilt on my bed, which resolved the issue.

The decor was immediately interesting and the mood welcoming. There was an aire of warmth and pleasant hospitality. Our room we booked online wasn't the one we were assigned and they immediately upgraded us, which turned out lovely. The view from the suite was gorgeous, I think we saw an owl on the tree right out the window. There's a variety of relaxing activities to do within the lodge as well, from slots to books to games. All around a lovely time.

Unfortunately the breakfast was very limited. The pastries were stale and there wasn't a lot of options. The coffee was good 👍🏼
