We were very satisfied with everything except the full sized bed and a badly stained sofa bed that was left for us to make even though it was given as my second bed per my request for two beds or a room with double (2) beds.

The beds which were to firm in both rooms and the sofa beds which were unmade and too worn and one sofa bed had a nasty stain on the mattress which I would not have seen or known had the sofa bed been made.

At the complementary breakfast my 2 year old was walking to us as we were trying to get his breakfast, upset that his hands needed washed. As I was getting ready to look for a sink he walks into the kitchen and tells the woman working in there about his hands. She proceeds to ask him if he needs his hands washed and pulls out a stool for him to wash his hands. She starts the water and gets paper towels ready for him. It was so sweet and caring!! We will stay again the next time we are through! Thank you so much for helping my little boy wash his hands, it’s the little things!

It was the normal stuff you expect to find. The staff did have to come out & refill a few items.

Got home & in checking my credit card bills I found a big difference in the price on the credit card versus the receipt I received. Am waiting to see if credit card co. makes a correction. If not I will call them Value we paid for the room was great. We did not expect to find a full kitchen available. Didnt use as we didn't have time to stay longer.

Location, clean, comfortable(except for pillows), breakfast was sufficient Staff accommodating

Breakfast was the worst I have ever had

Very good. Comfortable, uncrowded. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and worked well. Staff was courteous and efficient. The value received more than justified the price paid.

I noticed a first-floor corridor door to the outside being propped open - both at night and the next morning. Could pose a safety concern.

It was nice having breakfast each morning.

They did not make up the bed on Sunday morning. Room key was deactivated when we returned Sunday evening, had to get it reactivated. The bed was extremely hard.

We arrived for breakfast at 8:30 and there were very few eggs left to eat. No one around to even ask any questions. The only thing in the fridge was milk, not sure if there had been anything else in it like yogurt. Not impressed

The staff was hard to get a hold of too much profanity from the housekeepers room wasn’t clean after each day

Breakfast was good, enough to choose from. Servers were pleasant. I loved the location close to close to stores and restaurants.

In the hall I often got a whiff of someone smoking weed.
