Location cleanliness and Staff. Was excellent. The Supervisor a lovely young white lady with short hair was so accommodating. Idk her name that’s why I gave the description.

AC didn’t really work in the room but it was comfortable enough. The staff tried to make it work but we didn’t feel like changing rooms even though they offered

The breakfast was great, so many options! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. The gym was nice but we did not use it, just checked it out! Great quiet stay. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and cozy. Will definitely stay again!

location of our one bedroom suite- #127 - first floor right off the parking lot- but still quiet! Got extra regular coffee from Front desk upon checkin.

the exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be fixed or replaced as it is loud and can’t keep the light on in there at night b/c of the noise. Not a big deal but we were there for 5 days and it just became annoying. We asked for cleaning on day 3 and more coffee and they did a nice job. Day 4( at night) we ran out of TP( and no extras)so we used our Kleenex. these are minor things but at $250./weekday rate- it does matter. But front desk was great and we LOVE this property‼️

My room was very nice comfortable and the breakfast was great

There weren’t any sheets in my room for sofa bed I asked could a housekeeper come to my room no one ever came and I also let her know we were leaving for a while so they could come clean no one had ever came in there

The staff was so friendly and they treated me like royalty. It was my birthday and they gave me an excellent rate on the meeting room. I will definitely give them my business again. The accommodations were clean and neat

Lovely faculties and grounds. Everything was so clean and well cared for. The breakfast buffet was great!!! Lots of delish options and always full. Also, the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.

An hour longer for breakfast would be nice.

I had to go without a remote for the first day of my stay because they couldn’t find one.

I booked through Bookings and I paid in advance. Staff still charged me for one night in error which took a week to resolve.

The sstaff was very friendly. The facilities were clean. Really nice decor, modern and fresh. comfortable setting for family to engage together.

Lighting was dim. A bulb was out over the dining table. We called the front desk to have it replaced but no one came.

They had fresh spinach which I never see at hotel breakfasts. Tons of oatmeal toppings. Best breakfast! Everything was clean and well kept
