would love anything fruit or vegetable added to breakfast, more healthy options that have color other than fruitloops. pretty good coffee, larger selection of teas would be nice especially at late afternoon. fitness center was nice! room needed maintenance- curtain rod falling down, large crack in bathroom on low shelf, no hot water in sink faucet. could also use more than one towel per occupant without having to find staff as they don't dry in a day. Very quiet room and comfortable beds . friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was surround by so many shops and amenities that I could walk to get anything that I needed as far as food, shopping, and entertainment. The room was very clean and I loved the style of the room with the barn door for the bathroom. Very Nice. The hotel room was very quiet. I fell asleep quickly and bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with lots of choices.

I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool. I wish there was a hot tub in the hotel after traveling a long distance. Only one elevator was working during the weekend so it made waiting to get to my room a little longer but that would be my only dislike.

Breakfast options were fine - except I missed having my morning low-sodium V-8 vegetable juice! :)

Disappointed there were no paper cups in the bathroom to easily access when I brushed my teeth. Also whomever tidied and restocked the room after our first night didn't replace the caffeine coffee packets - just left the decaf ones. But everywhere in the hotel things were VERY clean - great job and leaves a good impression as soon as you walk in.

It was a central location, close to shops and not far from the Civic Centre. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The desk staff were super friendly and very helpful when we were waiting for our delayed luggage.

Breakfast was pretty good. One thing, the only fresh fruit were oranges which are messy to deal with. Would be good to offer mixed fruit bowl, or bananas and apples as well.

9/11/24 activities in the hotel was crazy with the people running throughout the hotel made it hard to get into your room I understand the function for the event but was not aware till I got there it was difficult getting in and around the hotel for regular guest who were staying there verses the event of runners

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff members were pleasant and accommodating…especially Mae. She provided top tier service. Good breakfast as well.

Nothing I can think of that we didn’t like. We were here for a graduation and found it difficult to get an Uber to the event but that had nothing to do with the hotel.

Desk staff was very friendly. hotel was new and clean. the room and bathroom were nice size and clean. nice breakfast area- plenty of food options and plenty of seating. enjoyed our stay very much- also plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. there was a pool but we did not check that out

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and put us in adjacent rooms. The breakfast selections were good. The dining room and lobby and restrooms were clean and well stocked. The staff members were very friendly.

I didn't like how the slide door to the bathroom and closet was used as one. It was just one door for both.
