The location of the property is perfect, it is right on the most beautiful beach on the island. The bungalows are well worth the cost. They could use some updating, I would suggest white washing all of the wood to make it lighter and brighter. Also, the bathroom shower needs some tile on the walls to cover the bare wall board. The staff is very friendly and do their best despite their limited English. I loved being able to rent a motorbike directly from the hotel to explore the island. Also, the spa was small, but the massage was amazing!

I did not really enjoy the buffet breakfast. The food was mediocre. Also, in addition to the bathroom, needing to be updated, some areas of the property could use a good scrubbing. Overall, I liked the property and it was a very good value for the money.

We loved the location, especially our beach front bungalow. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower and aircon were good. Moped hire was easy and reasonably priced from reception. The staff were friendly. The beach and sea outside the hotel were really clean.

We found breakfast disappointing, there was very little options for Western tastes for example the 'Orange Juice' was just Mirinda soda. Certain parts of the hotel seemed a little run down. It was unclear that that the coffee sachets in the room are not free, you'll be charged when you check out, it's the first time I've ever had to pay for Nescafe at a hotel.

The staff were very helpful when my mobile phone was stolen. The security guard who was on duty helped us to go to the police and explain what happened. Miss Nhung and Miss Ngoc Ha were amazing. The hotel's position on the beach is fantastic.

The rooms are very dark and facilities are a little basic for the price. No coffee cups, coffee tea, etc to go with the kettle.

The location was perfect being right on the beach. A few hotels on Con Dao say beachfront but they are actually across the road from the beach. It was an easy walk to the harbour, markets and restaurants. We had a garden view bungalow but we could see the ocean from our balcony. The room was nice with a large open air bathroom. The ocean view bungalows actually have a much smaller bathroom.

The breakfast was okay but was really only the egg station that catered for westerners. The hotel really does need some TLC... including the gardens and especially the few deck chairs that are near the beach.

The hotel is not new, but it is faithful to the photos. The whole place is a perfect fit to the vibe of the island. The room is huge, and with the beachfront option, you have access straight to the beach, with an amazing view and a ground floor balcony. The beach was very clean and filled with sea life. There is a bar that serves the beach area, and the prices are affordable compared to the reality of the island. There aren't sunbeds on the beach, just reclined chairs on the bar. There are also hammocks to lay and rest. The location is excellent. You can go by foot to the market and to the pier to dive or rent a motorbike with the hotel. Airport pick-up went smoothly and accepted card payment without extra fee.

The staff weren't as nice as you're used to in Vietnam. They were still polite and helpful. The breakfast didn't have so many non-vietnamese options, but the ones that had were good.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They stabbed motorbike rentals for us and made it so easy. The beach is gorgeous and sensational for swimming. The restaurant is excellent. We were not disappointed with any meal we ordered. The location relative to town was also great. It’s an easy walk to markets and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and with great pillows. The free airport shuttle was much appreciated!

The water in the shower never got above like-warm. The beach bar was not always open when it should’ve been (but you could still get drinks from the restaurant). The room was somewhat plain without proper art placement.

The room in the bangalow was great. Spacious and clean, the beach front was amazing. The location is top - you get the beach but you're still close to the city center. The staff was amazing, they accommodated my extra needs and amendments to the trip. I believe it was the best choice to go there on Con Dao. Breakfast was banging and they helped with the scouters.

The restaurant was very mediocre, and the sound from the tank fish was very hard to be around.

We (two Germans) stayed here for 5 days and it was like living in Paradies. I don't know what other people experienced here but it was - Very Clean - Hotel rooms where new and not old - The service and stuff there was very very friendly and helpful. Every request if it was a bike, a room cleaning or just questions about everything was done in minutes - No animals or Moskitos or Anything - clean beach with no Plastik or trash - affordable cocktail and smoothie prices (2€ for a smoothie with fresh fruit in a hotel is more than ok) It was never loud or annoying. Sometimes you heard a door clapping but not loud. The floors could have more furniture just to absorb some sounds when thei appear. I will go back here with my girlfriend next year. Yes the food is a little bit more expensive than on the street but it is a hotel not a restaurant .. We paid overall maybe 120€ per person for 4 nights. In Germany that would be easy 300-500€ a day. Thanks for the 4 days , I will see you next year. Great and fantastic hotel.

Amazing view of the ocean from the room. Earthy breakfast buffet. Pickup to and from airport. Excellent location in town. Motorbike rental right from the hotel reception. Clean room and facilities. Good coffee at the restaurant (especially the coconut). Room was quite spacious.

Great location, good view out the cabin, direct beach access, good water pressure and a decent supply of hot water (anyone who has been in Vietnam for a length of time will understand how important this is). Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms not soundproofed at all. Food at the in-hotel restaurant tasted ok, but was vastly more expensive than it should have been. No in-room phone to call the front desk. Shower water not very hot, and the drain was often partially plugged, likely from years of guests washing sand off into the shower drain. Sandals too small.
