The host responded promptly and favourably to our requests. The place is in a good location and the Internet works fine. Excellent price - good for value.

There is a kettle, microwave and rice cooker but no stove to cook. Thankfully we didn't need to cook during our stay. Perhaps it was my fault that I didn't read the fine details regarding the facilities and amenities. All in all, we had a good stay.

The waiting is long but it's understandable because of the holiday season (many guests)

The furnishings were clean and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the attractions and nearby restaurants. The staff (Ate Cecille) was really friendly, kind and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Im really comfortable while enjoying the privacy of a condotel stay. I will definitely booked here again and again.

I like everything around it , the super clean surroundings. I can smell cleanliness from the pathways going to lobby. From the lobby going to the room.

I didn't like the parking its far from my building and expensive.it is not a covered parking that protects my car from rain and sun and yet it cost expensive.

The indoor pool and the host , she called us immediately after booking.Not pricey..

The sofa bed, we thought that it was 2 beds The parking at the clubhouse with a minimal fee but far from the condotel but we have transferred to sm hypermarket overnight without fee though really not safe but near... The smell of the room , we opened the door to let the odor out.

We like the location. Very accessible to tourist spot and restaurants. 5min away by car. Room is very nice and clean, with tv, ref, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave and extra fan. The most important, affordable.

We like everything about the unit. Clean and comfortable enough for me and my husband. The view is amazing! We weren't able to enjoy the veranda though, because it was so windy.

Do not leave sweet food and drinks out on the counter or table for a long time. Ants come out near the sink and can come through the bedroom.

The property is hygienic and uncluttered. The view of the city from the balcony is spectacular, especially in the evening. A shoutout to Ms. Cecille Hernandez, the property staff/custodian who is more than accommodating; remarkable for her tasks and cordiality.

The unit is worth the price and a very good place to stay because it is near to most of Tagaytay's nice spots like restos, malls, theme parks. Ms. Cecile (caretaker) is very accomodating.
