Location is excellent with 4-5 subway stations within max 10 minutes walking distance. Subway station J line which goes to Jamaica Air Train (direct connection to JFK) is just next block. Hotel is also on the corner of Little Italy and SoHo, with lots of nice cafes/restaurants and shops around. Beds were really very comfortable

Room numbers ending with numbers 1-2-3 are not as good as the others. We were given room 203 first, which was almost inside the street, very noisy, small and the shower looking at the bedroom with no curtains.

The location is fabulous. Really nice cafes & restaurants within walking distance. The room is cute ( small ) but has everything you’d need, like an umbrella, safe, hair dryer, iron etc. most if all it has a real closet with decent space to hang clothes. I like that in the shower you had a view of the city skyline. It’s a bit noisy but I had read that in reviews so carried my noise blocking ear buds. I’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms are tiny like everywhere in NY but they’ve used glass in a way that it feels open. I had a view of the city skyline. I also had a balcony but that’s tiny too. But it was nice to get some fresh air.

Location was good, I would definitely stay here again. Very clean. Nice Aveda toiletries. Decor is minimal but attractive. Nice lobby. Rooms are small but are well decored, bed and pillows very comfortable. I had a room with a balcony, which I liked had a great view. Felt safe ( traveling solo)

My first night the air conditioning was SO Loud I couldn't sleep. I asked for a different room and they gave me one where the air conditioning was very quiet. The only disappointment was their website and description on booking.com says there is a roo top lounge for guests to hang out, and that is why I chose the hotel. Well there is no longer a rooftop available. They really should give me a discount. I do recommend the hotel it's a cool place , extremely clean, and the beds are comfortable

Very confortable bed, very clean room. The walls are in concrete so you don't hear your neighbours. The staff was really nice and helpful. The neighbourhood is great, near downtown with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants.

The noise from the traffic on the avenue but the windows are well insulated so it's fine.

I loved my stay here. So much to see and do in the area and super transit accessible to the rest of the city. The staff were great, and the room was very modern and cool with a gorgeous view. Love a boutique hotel: never had to wait for an elevator, and the hallways were peaceful and quiet.

This is going to be totally different person to person but for me the bed was quite stiff. It was kind of weird because I’ve had way comfier beds at worse hotels. And then also the heating (fans) were very loud but they really needed to be running to keep the room warm. Not the hotel’s fault at all but just something to be aware of if you’re booking in the cold months.

The staff were very good and always greeted us or wished us a nice day. When we asked for recommendations for restaurants they were all good.It was a good base; the area felt very safe. When we got our bearings we Vc were ideally located for everything. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent too. We had double booked one evening and didn’t have time to try and resell tickets for the basketball at Madison Square Gardens so donated them to one of the team as didn’t want them to go to waste. It was great to engage with the member of staff who was a great fan of basketball. They took their dad and had a great time. We managed to get tickets for the next night and they were so excited for us and gave us some tips. All in all it was a lovely stay, a good base for all of New York and it was great that all rooms have a balcony.

Had some minor issues but staff were very good and the manager Jason was great and we really felt listened to, and what he promised us he was true to his word.

Loved the hard wood floors and the fact that housekeeping mops them clean. The location was super for exploring Nolita, Chinatown, and LES. Much more economical than other SoHo options. Housekeeping was very generous with the towels.

Room layout was pretty choppy. The water closet was very far away from the sink and shower/bathtub area. I had a corner room and could not black out either the street lights or the morning light. The lighting in the room was HORRIBLE, except for the bath area. There was only task lighting at the desk and on the nightstands. No overhead lighting in the main portion of the room. It made it rather dark at night.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Particularly loved the loft feel and the execution of the bathroom with the separate room for the restroom. Overall very clean both inside the room and the facilities. Greatly appreciate the staff and their hospitality, as well as navigating the area. A bonus is the awesome Thai Diner next door and GYM NYC day passes that’s just a few blocks away.

I wish access to the main lobby wasn’t available to loafers to sit in as it could be a very nice area. However, I understand the climate of the city and the limit of control they have given the rise in homelessness.

Fantastic location right next to Little Italy & Soho with lots of restaurants/bars and 2 subway stations within a 5 minute walk. Great restaurant at the hotel. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful & friendly.

The bed/pillows weren't the best quality. Wifi was weak/slow at times. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have made it even better although there are options to get this locally. If you're a light sleeper then bring earplugs as New York is a noisy city! (Suspect all hotels will have this problem)

Location is amazing, easy walking to several places and really close to the subway station. The room I stayed at had a lovely balcony with a bench, small but nice, and it was spotless clean. Amenities were good, and all worked well. I had a afternoon flight and they allowed me to check out a bit later, what was really useful, but it was also low season, so they probably had availability. Front desk is a crew of amazing people, super helpful and nice.

Sincerely nothing. The main library was being renovated, but it wasn't anything that disturbed our stay.
