The room was very clean! The location was great, and the hot breakfast was great. They actually had staff cooking the eggs and pancakes, right there behind the buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Security to get into the building made us feel safe, despite the Bronx address.

The room was very sparse, which was OK for the price and location. But the only hooks they had were actually installed directly above the bureau and refrigerator so could not be used. There is no closet. There was no place to hang a towel or a coat and no luggage racks. Good luck with parking.

The hotel is very close to a train station, which is very convenient. Also close to restaurants and a lot of other businesses. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has (limited parking), which is $30/day. The breakfast was decent.

The AC is the room was VERY loud

Location was good for the Bronx. Good sized room, comfy bed. House keeping came daily, and staff for the most part was friendly.

I used the vending machine twice and the first time it got stuck, I told the front desk person and he got it out for me. I used it the next night, it got stuck again. The front desk woman, with an attitude, said it’s not her problem and to call the number on the vending machine. For $2.50? When you could just get it out for me like the other person did the night before? This woman checked us in as well and was very unpleasant. I enjoyed the stay, but would not return because of her.

Wonderful little hotel in the middle of the Bronx New York. Great value for the money. Large room by New York standards with real desk and chair, king bed, large bathroom, and decent shower pressure. Everything worked as far as I checked. The neighborhood is very "New York" -- mixed ethnics, lots of bodegas and barber shops, lots of families and kids -- hotel security was good. Yankee Stadium is a 15 minute walk away. The 4 subway is 3 blocks away, taking you straight to Museum Mile and Manhattan (about 30 min ride). And of course, on-site relatively cheap parking! It's a free eggs-and-stuff breakfast, though they don't have yogurt and other non-eggs options -- the coffee is decent and plentiful.

They gave me room 111 just off the lobby -- right next to kitchen. Around 6:30 they started prepping breakfast and that was the end of my sleep. If you want to sleep in, get a room on the 2nd+ floors, or far from lobby on 1st floor.

The location was perfect for what I was doing. Parking was amazing! Knowing I didn't have to leave my car in an open lot was great. The staff were all very nice and accommodated all of my needs.

My only complaints are a microwave would've been nice in the room and an additional chair.

The breakfast is amazing!!!!! Eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries are all made fresh on a flattop. Staff cooks everything in an open kitchen area. This is not the norm in most hotels so I was impressed 😁 Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is a few minutes walk from the subway so it's easy access to get into Manhattan from there. Hotel room was clean, big for one person - more space than you'd likely get if you're staying in Manhattan. Private bathroom is included, room was cleaned every day. Comfortable bed and there's plenty of plugs for charging all your devices. Head to the top floor and you can take in the view of the elevated trains.

Air conditioning was left on after cleaning and the room was icy cold whenever I returned. Breakfast is not the most substantial, don't get your expectations too high in terms of a buffet.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a King Suite. The service was excellent, and the location is ideal. It's also very affordable compared to other similar hotels. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, with pharmacies and small supermarkets close by. We also never felt unsafe in the area, and the people around were very friendly. There's also a recently opened desert store next door, that's perfect for a late treat. It takes about 30–40 minutes to reach downtown via the metro. The room was incredibly clean, and housekeeping came in daily to clean both the room and bathroom—even without being requested. Towels and sheets were changed every day. Complimentary coffee and tea are available unlimited, and breakfast is served fresh and hot each morning. Overall, we had a great stay, and the hotel experience definitely made our trip more enjoyable.

One thing to note is that a $100 deposit is required upon check-in. If you use a debit card, it may take up to a month to be refunded. Also, the room didn’t have a wardrobe. While hangers and a wall-mounted hook were provided, the lack of a proper wardrobe was slightly inconvenient.

Breakfast - lot of variation including fruits. Cleanliness. Staffs - always ready to help; provided us map and information of the city. Good price.

The area. I don't think the hotel has anything to do about it. But at night time we feel unsafe or uncomfortable while walking back towards our hotels. Most of the water hydrants are open, at the daytime people are using them for shower, bathing, swimming pool - not a common picture in any cities.
