The staff was friendly and the service was great

That I paid for 2 bottles of water and a Diet Coke in cash and they still billed the room , I noticed the bill when I got home to Pennsylvania

Location of Hotel and breakfast room on 6 floor is open to get coffee and we could pick up a dinner and eat there at night. After eating we would clean up and wipe down the table. It was very convenient and happy to have it open. In the mornings the lady that was working did an excellent job! She was friendly and efficient. Both Charlie and the manager were great! The 20 20 Deli was wonderful with tasty food and great service as well as great prices.

TV was not working quite working right it would have been nice to have local channels.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel — the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.

I would appreciate more variety in the breakfast options. While the quality was good, having a wider selection, especially for longer stays, would really enhance the overall experience. I hope to see more choices in the future!

room decor, breakfast, large TV, iron and ironing board, ample electrical sockets, hotel staff, soap and lotion brand, and quality was good.

noisy clients, sometimes the trains were a little noisy, room was tight, poor lighting in bathroom... was hard to see makeup.applied properly on myself.

Amazing I would do it all over again I loved being with my husband and being able to relax and enjoy each other have breakfast tv was great bed was so cozy and relaxing I enjoyed everything from top to bottom. I can’t wait to do it again!

The Customer Service

The breakfast area can use a second Waffle Machine and include more items in the breakfast. Even that a lot of of religions and culture do not eat beacon, beacon is one of the main items in the American breakfast
