The room was very clean! The location was great, and the hot breakfast was great. They actually had staff cooking the eggs and pancakes, right there behind the buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Security to get into the building made us feel safe, despite the Bronx address.

The room was very sparse, which was OK for the price and location. But the only hooks they had were actually installed directly above the bureau and refrigerator so could not be used. There is no closet. There was no place to hang a towel or a coat and no luggage racks. Good luck with parking.

The hotel is very close to a train station, which is very convenient. Also close to restaurants and a lot of other businesses. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has (limited parking), which is $30/day. The breakfast was decent.

The AC is the room was VERY loud

Location was good for the Bronx. Good sized room, comfy bed. House keeping came daily, and staff for the most part was friendly.

I used the vending machine twice and the first time it got stuck, I told the front desk person and he got it out for me. I used it the next night, it got stuck again. The front desk woman, with an attitude, said it’s not her problem and to call the number on the vending machine. For $2.50? When you could just get it out for me like the other person did the night before? This woman checked us in as well and was very unpleasant. I enjoyed the stay, but would not return because of her.

The breakfast is amazing!!!!! Eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries are all made fresh on a flattop. Staff cooks everything in an open kitchen area. This is not the norm in most hotels so I was impressed 😁 Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

The location was perfect for what I was doing. Parking was amazing! Knowing I didn't have to leave my car in an open lot was great. The staff were all very nice and accommodated all of my needs.

My only complaints are a microwave would've been nice in the room and an additional chair.

Modern renovation and furniture, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. I really liked the hotel. The room has modern renovations and furniture, the bathroom is clean and recently renovated. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was a diversity menu. The staff cooked omelettes, pancakes, bacon, right in front of you. I really liked that the dishes are not disposable, it is nice to drink coffee from a porcelain cup, as if at home. I would rate the hotel above 10!

Check-in was easy. Parking was available, and it was great knowing our vehicle was secure. The breakfast was one of a kind. Food is actually prepared in a kitchen and is delicious. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and secure. The staff was better than perfect. Modern Hotel with Flat Screen TVs, Enough outlets on both sides of the bed, Bathroom included soaps in Stand Up Shower. Staff will service your room daily. Windows Open so you can get some fresh air or listen to the city while you sleep. Hotel is conveniently located a ¼ mile from the nearest subway station #4 Train (1 Stop from Yankee Stadium & 15 to 20 minute ride to Grand Central Station.)

Nothing! I can see how some people may think the location or the surroundings of the hotel may raise some concerns. But as a 4th time visitor to NYC, this was expected, and we didn't have a single concern. Mind your business and have common curiosity throughout the city, and you will have no issues.

The hotel in general is nice. It is really close to metro station which you can take to go to downtown center. In day light out the streets are safe and we did not have any problem with anything. At night taking the metro might be a little more shady but always a taxi or uber can be an alternative. The hotel is clean and personnel mostly friendly and helpful. The room when big and spacious. Only the pillows where too big for me and my wife, we needed smaller ones in order to be more comfortable.

The breakfast definitely needs to be improved. Since they offer it, it does not need a lot of items more in order to become more decent. The quality of the materials need to be improved and maybe stop using those very cheap plastic plates and glasses / mugs. The area late at might feels a bit dangerous. So using the metro late at night might a bit creepy someone.

The hotel is not fancy but clean and comfortable. We went to three games plus a stadium tour at Yankee Stadium. The location of the hotel was ideal for walking to and from the ballpark. You could see that they subway was very crowded with long lines to get on but we left the stadium on foot and was back to the hotel in 10 minutes. We felt salf walking along the street and got a late dinner after the game one night. There were several local eateries open to choose from. The subway is two blocks away so it is very convenient to get to other parts of NYC. The breakfast was prepared fresh every day and was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom sink was tiny and did not have much counter space for toiletries.
