I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The front desk staff welcomed me warmly when I arrived at night, which set a great tone for my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and well-kept, making it feel like a home away from home. The service was top-notch, and whenever I needed assistance, the staff responded promptly and helped with whatever I needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bronx. Plus, they offer free parking, which is a huge bonus!

From my experience everything was good. I really didn't find anything during my stay which made me feel bad.

I love the room and the stay it was nice ad comfy, i slept good and the bed was comfortable for me and my boyfriend, we will definitely come back, the lady staff was nice, sweet and kind. i'll come back and i love the t.v.

Clean room, Nice size bed. Convenient location

Toilet handle was broken, shower water takes a while to get hot.

Had to find a quick place to stay, due to a problem with another accomodation. The staff let us check out one of the rooms before booking so we could see the state of it. We ended up in a room that had a broken window handle, but the staff was again really accommodating and gave us a different room. The rooms were all spacious enough,had their own bathrooms and air conditioning and also good sized fridges if you wanted to buy breakfast foods. While housekeeping isn't done automatically every day, you could ask the night before for fresh towels, sheets and cleaning. The location of the hotel is great. It's less than a 5min walk from 2 different subway stations.

The first room had a broken window handle that made a draft in the room and you could hear the loud trains going by through the open window. However the staff agreed to give us another room. In the second room where everything was great, except for the leaking shower.

It was a nice room. I loved the bathroom and the set up of the room.

I hated the way the thermostat worked. It was very cold at first, but the clerk came up and replaced the batteries in it. Also, I didn't like the lack of security. The elevator was accessible to ANYONE whether they were staying at the hotel or not. Also, there was no access to drinking water in the building. The vending machines didn't work.

The check-in process was efficient and quick, and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. Additionally, the housekeeping team was attentive and provided great service. One of the standout features was the availability of parking which no charge, which is quite convenient for a city like New York. It made the stay even more enjoyable, offering ease and peace of mind throughout my visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel 365 bronx . The check-in was quick, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. The amenities like free Wi-Fi were a nice touch. The hotel is well-located and quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely return and recommend it!

The room and the bathroom are quite nice, well-furnished and comfortable. The location is good - the subway is close and in 20-30 minutes it brings you to Manhatten.

The cleaning was not accurate; the towels were really small, and you could smell weed everywhere in the common areas. The staff could be more friendly and informed.

very clean and just what we needed for a few nights stay. They provided soap and towels and there were vending machines on the first floor. The rooms were super modern with these gorgeous full body mirrors and a cool ring light. AC was on point we turned our room into an ice box in that NYC heat.

The shower takes about 10ish minutes to heat up but after waiting it’s perfect, you might think there is no hot water at first but just give it some time to run.

The hotel offers free parking and the building is new. So the rooms are very clean. Gisele at the front desk was very helpful and helped me find a parking space before the lot got full. Parking is limited so I suggest arriving early if you drive here.

Front desk is encased with bullet proof glass makes it very scary at check in Rooms can be rented for 3 hours that sounds like prostitution if I knew that I would not have stayed or booked the hotel Walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the other rooms
