too mouch street noise even though we were on 6th floor front desk people were either absent or not fully knowledgeable

I stayed in a premier room and it was exactly what I was hoping for. LOTS of space and a desk for, which I was told was in every room, but I was not sure. The room was also modern, had a fridge, safe, easily controllable air unit, and seemed clean overall. Plus the value was good. And the atmosphere and service at the lounge was great!

When I arrived, the front desk person could not find my reservation. I had made it maybe a few hours before through booking.com and it was around 9p when I arrived, but I still would hope that it would show up by the time I arrived. It eventually did but I had to wait much longer than I would have liked.

The room was large and sufficient in terms of furnishings. The staff was friendly, particularly in the bar/restaurant.

Breakfast was only served on weekends, which seemed strange. I was there on weekdays so had no breakfast. There were no restaurants conveniently nearby to have breakfast, unless you count Starbucks as a breakfast restaurant.

Very good location. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. When my inbound flight was cancelled, causing my arrival to be delayed until the following morning, the hotel was, upon being informed of the situation, very accommodating and cancelled my booking for that first night which I was not able to be present for. That was greatly appreciated.

There was nothing that I disliked.

Absolutely Love the Ambience here... How well designed they have the entrance and are so accommodating with the lounge being in the hotel and accessible in the rooms.

Would recommend putting a microwave back in the bedroom as an option to reheat the food. More options for the shower gel or more quantity for those who love them. Possibly offer a set time and option for complimentary breakfast.

The room was huge and everything was clean and very affordable.

There was nothing wrong with it except when I was checking in the first day I had to wait over 20 minutes, but it sounded like the woman had to deal with a big problem, so I understood.

The restaurant is great, the breakfast was good and the dinner was good with good music and good food.

The hotel staff was a little unresponsive. We had to call the front desk several times to get anything brought to the room and had to wait usually an hour or more.

Hotel was clean. On-site restaurant and bar was nice. Check-out was super easy. The location was excellent for our needs

I called the hotel while enroute to ask if we would be able to check in early. I was told yes. I asked the person on the phone who should I ask for, she stated anyone would be able to assist me. Arrived at hotel and was told I'd have to wait until normal check-in. Not a big deal; just would have been nice since we were attending a funeral and needed to change clothes after a 5 hour drive.

Housekeeping was good. The room was spacious with comfortable.bed. View from sixth floor was good. Microwave was provided on request. Coffee/ tea supplies were vood

. Luggage handling poor no bell captain. Front desk had a recording response and did not return calls. Wifi in room was poor; cuts off very frequently which destroys conversation while talking.... No ventilation in bathroom (no fan).

Clean, good service, good breakfast.

Large events (weddings, private parties). Noise from the corridor carried into the room. The nearby Hudson Park Beach is only open to local residents, and the service there was rude, degrading, and unpleasant.
