Beautiful property, but the lobby was way over air-conditioned - not uncommon this time of year. The staff was very accommodating. They provided good direction to find the parking garage underneath the building, which was very convenient. We checked in around 7- 8 PM jumping off 95 because of traffic. Had a good meal in the lobby restaurant. The cocktail was fantastic as was the hamburger. A good night sleep and off on the road again.

Good location right off the highway. Close for short drive into Port Chester and less than 1 hr to NYC. Easy parking, easy check in and easy check out.

Room was not cleaned well. Windows were dirty with finger prints and grease smudges on inside, Still had fallen food bits, crumbs on floor under the desk, had a small stain on bed sheets, nasty looking stain on ceiling and the smoke detector/sprinkler was actually covered with a towel. Nice facilities but we checked in around 3 and left around 5 to go out for the night, Starbucks, the bar or the restaurant were never open and it was a Friday evening. Closed when we got back around 11.

The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. The shuttle was a nice extra.

The hallways were too cold (probably 68F) and the temperature was never changed even ever bring the situation to the front desk attention. Sink stopper/drain needs work. Shower difficult to completely shut off. My wife complained that her side of the mattress was sagging down.

The Staff was very helpful and pleasant at all times in every department. From the front desk, housekeeping, drivers and restaurants. A few staff stood out to me because I was here for a medical stay. The evening Lady at registration went above and beyond upon check in. The restaurant staff were helpful with food selection and most importantly coffee ready.

I did not like that guest have to pay for parking, that should be guests of guests should be charged. Also $350 for amenities I believe is awfully high and should only be charged if said guest is using those amenities. Why isn't there a microwave either on each floor within the ice machine area or within each room to make it accommodating for guests whom stay a week or more.

Easy to get to from the highway. Room was comfortable.Staff people were very pleasant.

After i checked in and was in the room the key was given to another guest who unlocked the door and came into the room. I called the desk and they gave the people another room. This did not make me feel very safe, to have strangers entering the room. Also, the elevator to the garage was broken.

We needed to be in New York for a reason, but didn't want to stay in New York. The Hotel is perfectly situated close to the Stamford Train station, that enabled us to just spend the day in New York. The staff were great and helpful, the rooms were nice and big and clean

No diners were available, which we presumed meant that the kitchen was closed, but that didn't worry us

Our stay in general was good! The building was clean, updated, the room clean, all in all we had a good stay. Parking was a bit crazy - I believe there was another major event happening at the location. But the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help ensure we had a good stay.

I did not like how the wifi did not work/reach our room. That was a major upset, especially given that this is an executive/conference hotel - it was an understandable expectation that was not realized. Additionally, I had the AC in the room blasting to 60 degrees, and it didnt once feel like the temperature dropped below 68. I get hot very easily and I cant sleep well if its too hot, so I was bummed out a bit that it wasn't getting cold enough. Not sure if thats an AC unit issue or the facility since up in New England some buildings turn off the AC seasonally.

The refrigerator in my room was not working. I didn't know that and put my leftovers in it overnight. I came back the next afternoon and couldn't eat it. It was a pretty expensive meal. I was upset.

The professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness. Room was beautiful and fully stocked.

There was a noise like the plumbing was backing up coming from the toilet and sink, which startled me each time it made the noise. I decided to time it so I would know when to expect it. I'm a light sleeper, so my night could've been a little better.

Wonderful, attentive staff. Very strong water pressure in the shower! I've never had such strong water pressure in a hotel before. Our king plus sofabed room was comfortably large for two parents and one kid. Bathroom was also roomy and comfortable. The way to make the air conditioning work well is to turn it all the way down to 62. if you get too cold, adjust the temp up. It works fine. So convenient having a restaurant with a late night menu until 11:30 PM. (Although maybe that was for the convention that was happening.)

The only improvement I would suggest is that the pool needs more attention. My 7-year old enjoyed it for hours. We brought a snorkel and goggles and some little items for her to hunt for on the bottom of the pool, and she loved it.
