Parking and pleasant stay. We had a pleasant layover and enjoyed our stay. Check-in was efficient, and we were greeted by friendly young men. Unfortunately, we missed the pool due to its 7pm closure and lack of heating. Breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, cakes, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and juice. While the selection was adequate, we would have appreciated real eggs and a hot breakfast. The kids enjoyed their waffles. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. We may consider using the pool next time.

Rooms could be updated and bathrooms cleaned better. Also we couldn’t find a working ice maker and had to call the front desk breakfast was appreciated but very basic and hot food was not tasty. The breakfast room was clean and stocked with food.

Very welcoming front desk staff on evening of 5/31/24. Easy check in process. (not part of the hotel staff but great staff as well in Stamford Diner attached -- especially Freddy)

Ownership need to get back to true housekeeping services. I was GM of a best western for many years and ownership will try to save $ on housekeeping minutes by offering limited service. They can easily accomplish this by posting a "going green" sticker on a bathroom mirror saying to request housekeeping. Fresh towels and a made bed aren't a lot to ask for and these services separate hotels from air bnb.

- The room was neat after cleaning. Cleaning was done every 3rd day which was a concern for us to take care of the cleaning during the time We were supposed to rest. - Breakfast was of very good standard - Bed were comfortable

The schedule of not cleaning the room every day. However, we were informed about it in advance.

A little run down, but overall pretty nice. Every trip, they seem to have to come to my room to fix the AC, but when that happens they fix it within an hour.

The only real downside is that they have started taking in those kind of customers who are homeless and the government/social services are paying their bills. Not the most lovely people, and they always seem to have a pack of screaming kids.

The price wasn't bad. The room was spacious and clean. Free breakfast was good. It was nice being next to a diner, which appeared on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. I would stay again.

What I didn't like was the pool. I was told that the pool stays open until 9 pm. However when we arrived at 4:30 pm they told us the pool closes at 6 pm. The water was extremely cold.

Staff was great young man at the desk at night is awesome very professional and respectful always willing to help.

At first i was placed on the 8th floor not the place to be rooms look good but the hallway seems to be going threw some reconstruction. Keys need to be reprogrammed multiple times.

Location was convenient right off the freeway. Price was lower than a majority of other places around. Free breakfast was good.

Some of the areas around the hotel are still run down looking. Like renovation just gave up in some areas especially around steps and the far side entrance is terrible looking stairwell

The staff is excellent and helpful. My room was pristine.

There was extremely poor water pressure and absolutely no hot water, which was frustrating because I attended two nights of general admission concerts, and I wanted to soak my sore feet.

We really enjoyed our stay here ,everything was beyond expectations,the breakfast was very good and room very clean and very big and the personnel were super kind and helpful
