All the staff are excellent! The suite was very spacious but most importantly their pet friendly attitude welcomed our golden retriever (who has been multiple times) with open arms (and pets on the head). Food at Tony's is always good and Sunday brunch a great way to start your trip home. We highly recommend you stay !!

The continental breakfast was very good. Each morning there was very nice fruit which is often not the case in hotels. The room was very clean and quiet.

We felt like towel bars and hooks were missing in the bathroom and a full length would have been appreciated outside the bathroom.

love the enthusiasm of the hotel. Tony is for real, rare that the "ownership" is so invested. He motivates the staff, is clearly involved and vested. Staff love him and his charisma pays it forward. Early in their re-work of whatever was here before. That said, we are believers and for any reason we might be in Greenwich would most definitely stay here again. Hopefully, the next time will be for multiple days. go Tony and team!

I thought the staff was wonderful and very helpful. The lobby was tight and tidy and worked.

I felt the hotel and room was a little sterile. It just didn't feel warm or very inviting. The staff made up for this though. I was disconcerted to receive my room service breakfast oatmeal in a bowl with a large chip. For the quality that this hotel professes, there should be no chipped service wear in that hotel.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We were checked in and given a glass of prosecco, which was much appreciated after traveling most of the day from out of state. Our room was clean, and full of all the nice little touches. The bars were nice for relaxing and one of them had a decent bourbon selection. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Modern, clean, spacious room.

Not a great location; felt a little out of the way. It also felt like as much as everything was aesthetically pleasing, small details were missed. For example, ugly mechanised toilets, lack of lighting and space in bathroom, no charging by bed.

Had an amazing bathroom! Bidet, beautiful shower and tv in the mirror! All the lights, etc were controlled by buttons and the room was immaculate! Staff was friendly and the rest of the hotel was super inviting and amazing!

Modern, comfortable bed & great on site restaurant. Never enjoyed a heated toilet seat before…such a luxury.

Wish the room was not overlooking the valet parking. Keep in mind that you can park the car yourself around the back of the hotel.

Staff was nice and the shower was great. The toilet was also a bidet.

The bathroom had a lot of space but not mujch counter space and no hook to put the hand towel. Only one hook near the shower .

Room was fairly large, beds comfy, nice looking pool. Lobby area in morning was fairly relaxed and chilled out area to have breakfast. Staff were friendly

It's obviously a very popular night spot or party venue, was a little crazy in bar/lobby with a late check in, but we couldn't hear the noise in the room.
