Located in a safe neighborhood and next to a grocery/ pharmacy and other commercial activity. Also bed was super comfortable and bathroom had hot water and bathroom was comfortable and wifi was great. Also, staff at reception were courteous and helpful.

TV remote control was not easy to use and I could only find one channel. Also A/C was a bit weird. At times it was too cold and then it would turn warm. Also, if you arrive after 10 pm, very likely you will have problems finding a place to eat outside of the hotel. We got in at around 10:30 and had to walk about 30 minutes to find a place to eat on a Thursday night.

The hotel staff is very helpful, kind and polite, and this goes to every individual team member I have met during my stay. The room and the bed are very comfortable, and the heating system in the room is excellent. The railway station is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes approximately 30 minutes by train to NYC Grand Central Station. I can highly recommend this hotel to any business travellers or visitors.

I had some difficulty ordering from room service, especially from the City Pizza restaurant. In the end, I managed it with Chazz Restaurant. Due to some of the fabrics and materials used in the rooms, there is a lot of static electricity. You constantly get minor electrocution by just getting in or out of bed, touching switches, or charging your phone, etc.

Safety of personal belongings, safety in case of fire even if you are disabled, everything in room works the first time you try it. Only problem is for your first trip if you arrive late and tired, you need a map to find things. Great staff. Well run property.

Women's rest room on lobby level is not accessible. They could move the dry wall and door forward 4ft and put button the left.

Breakfast was very good. Excellent location. We felt special by staying there. I hope we get a room with some kind of view when we return on Monday. 😊

The bed could've been a little softer. Also, there needs to be grab bars in the showers.

Staff was great, especially Kevin at the desk. Needed a last-minute room due to flight cancellation and Kevin arranged for a taxi to pick me up from trusted company at 4:45 AM to get me to airport in time for replacement flight early the next morning.

Location was perfect; valet super easy and the bed, OMG so comfortable! Room size was great too - loved the separate bedroom.

The buffet breakfast - we didn't eat it because it wasn't worth the $20pp. Also pricey, more than $450 for just one night. That's steep.

The gentlemen at the front desk when I checked in on 6/6/25 went above and beyond to assist me with printing out something I needed for my daughter’s dance competition.

It was a nice hotel. Clean. Great location. Staff was nice. Good space for a family trip or an individual who seeks a bit more room/living space.

Our room didn't have a view, faced the roof and the various mechanism/ducts on a small "roof". Our room's AC/Heat was very loud. We were honestly surprised by it. When it did shut off, the silence was deafening.
