The hotel staff is very helpful, kind and polite, and this goes to every individual team member I have met during my stay. The room and the bed are very comfortable, and the heating system in the room is excellent. The railway station is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes approximately 30 minutes by train to NYC Grand Central Station. I can highly recommend this hotel to any business travellers or visitors.

I had some difficulty ordering from room service, especially from the City Pizza restaurant. In the end, I managed it with Chazz Restaurant. Due to some of the fabrics and materials used in the rooms, there is a lot of static electricity. You constantly get minor electrocution by just getting in or out of bed, touching switches, or charging your phone, etc.

Safety of personal belongings, safety in case of fire even if you are disabled, everything in room works the first time you try it. Only problem is for your first trip if you arrive late and tired, you need a map to find things. Great staff. Well run property.

Women's rest room on lobby level is not accessible. They could move the dry wall and door forward 4ft and put button the left.

Breakfast was very good. Excellent location. We felt special by staying there. I hope we get a room with some kind of view when we return on Monday. 😊

The bed could've been a little softer. Also, there needs to be grab bars in the showers.

Location was perfect; valet super easy and the bed, OMG so comfortable! Room size was great too - loved the separate bedroom.

The buffet breakfast - we didn't eat it because it wasn't worth the $20pp. Also pricey, more than $450 for just one night. That's steep.

Our room didn't have a view, faced the roof and the various mechanism/ducts on a small "roof". Our room's AC/Heat was very loud. We were honestly surprised by it. When it did shut off, the silence was deafening.

roomy, tasteful (except the “artwork” on the wall), comfortable, good light, availability of outlets, the valets and staff were friendly.

the elevators were a little confusing to me there was only one washcloth in the bathroom, small stuff.

Great location in the heart of downtown White Plains. It's a walking town with plenty of restaurants, stores and mass transit that you can get to. The hotel is clean with super comfortable beds. I enjoyed my stay here!

Quick one night layover but the hotel was beautiful , rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was professional and kind. I would definitely happily stay again.

Due to Covid there was minimal,very minimal choice forbreakfast.the hotel is very nice and our room was great,spacious and clean

We had issue with the parking.I had called ahead of the day to make sure we could park,valet parking.When we reached,as we asked to park for 3h.,then come back late in the night,the attendant sent us down the road to park at a meter parking; we had to gather all the change we had,come back every 30 minutes to put more money.My husband is elderly and had difficulty walking the distance.However,the gentleman at the hotel desk,Kenny,was very helpful and took care of all what we needed after we complained.
