The rooms, staff, and the Crossings Bar and Lounge made for a delightful experience. Robert at reception greeted us warmly, setting a welcoming tone from the start. Diana, our waitress, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. Millicent stopped by to say hello, adding a personal touch to the experience. It’s my first time in Tarrytown and I will definitely stay at Marriott next time I visit again
The fact that the hotel hold extra money and it’s not refunded immediately after check out but a few days later is quite inconveniencing.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location was easily accessible. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has great amenities and a great overall layout.

handi cap accessible bathroom outstanding! Front desk help extremely kind and friendly. love the in room refrigerator, coffee pot and ready to use coffee, great for a longer stay ! free shuttle to the airport to the White Plains airport! just a great little find!

Location was good. Breakfast could have had more hot variety. Our room attendant was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
At the prices charged for the room, you could have had hot coffee in the lobby. The coffee that was there was expensive and not really that good. The front desk staff could have told us that we had complimentary coffee in our room, but they didn't. That was upsetting. I don't mind paying for coffee, but to deliberately not say anything felt wrong.

I love everything about Westchester Marriott, it is clean. FRONT DESK IS OUTSTANDING. FOOD IS OK, STAFF IS GREAT, VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED.
No pool or spa anymore.
