The location was very close to where we wanted to go. The property is well maintained. The room even though small, was very nice and.comfy. complimentary breakfast was very good. One lady who was serving breakfast was very polite and friendly. Lovely personality.

The front office staff were not as friendly to deal with. Professional yes, but worked without pleasantries or a smile. They were two guys that were really upbeat but the ladies had a look of 'please don't approach / bother me". Don't know what happened but I was locked out of my room so I had to go to the front to sort it out. Although I got my issue sorted, my key was reprogrammed without an explanation as to why I was locked out. My bathroom had mold in the shower.

The rates were cheap , breakfast was very good . This place has a very good restaurant on site which is a plus

Clean room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff (especially at breakfast!). On-site restaurant is a plus — yay for Marcelino’s! Despite heavy traffic in front and noisy (and endless - this is our 3rd stay in a year!) in back, the hotel offers safe parking and excellent access to highways and local shopping and restaurants. Bravo!

Room lighting is romantic but rather dim. The king-bed-room is hard to navigate in (tight quarters for 2) and needs a sit-down chair for dressing. Location and access to ice machine and microwave is mysterious. Room doors SLAM when closed (inconsiderate folks ! 🤪 ! )

This was our 2nd time staying at The Royal Regency Hotel and the ladies that run the breakfast Aileen, Darlene and Mercedes are so wonderful and friendly and kind they make you want to come back because they take very good care of our needs. The bed is very comfortable and the room was clean and nice size TV didn't hurt. We loved the christmas decorations was very nice and the Restaurant was very nice we had drinks this time not dinner but the food is amazing but this time it was music and a singer really nice. We will return again and we have told our family about this location also.

We did not like the bathroom the shower was the biggest disappointment the tile was not in good shape it really need to be redone we had to have it cleaned again and we looked at 2 other room they were even worse so we kept the first room after the shower was cleaned again and the shower head is all wrong when you turn on the water you get WET it need a rainfall shower head that way the water won't hit you so much when you turn it on something to think about.

The breakfast was just a regular continental breakfast but good enough. Loved the restaurant food though, so good and filling and offers room service. The staff is always nice and professional and the rooms are always so clean and cozy. I also loved the updated TVs. I was able to stream episodes of my shows when I wanted to relax instead of flipping channels. Love this hotel for home visits to see family in Yonkers. Perfect every time!

Good location, bus stop nearby or Uber is inexpensive to the train station and metro Grand station. Cozy hotel and rooms.

It is a bit inconvenient in the room sliding doors between the bedroom and the bathroom, you open the doors to hang things in the wardrobe and the doors to the bathroom slide. We had 2 large beds in the room and there is not much space. Also, the air conditioner-heater is located at the window below, very close to the bed and when you turn it on, it blows on the person lying next to you.

The shower pressure was great and hot. The beds were comfortable.

There were no outlets next to the bed and the other outlets did not work, I had to get an adapter to hold my laptop charger to work. There needs to be some more sound proofing between rooms because i could hear everything that was done or said in the room next to me and they werent being loud.

My wife and I love to visit this hotel for a night out. It is near our home, clean, reasonable price, comfy rooms, and courteous staff. We love ordering food from the hotel restaurant Marcelino’s and bring it to our room. We also enjoy the breakfast menu and staff service before leaving the hotel.

On this occasion, noise level in the area where we were placed was high and frequent. However. front desk relocated us to another room. It worked. My wife and I were able to rest as planned.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They were full of manners and excellent customer service.

Breakfast needs to be changed regarding meal choices, considering it's not cheap to stay here. Overall the Breakfast was ok, but having the same thing everyday gets a bit boring.

Check in was good and easy young lady was very nice and easy to talk to .. I don’t remember her name but I knew she is from Jamaica… keep up the great work… An to house keeping staff they were great …💯

Night audit I need not give out false information and give the correct information… I was charge 75dollar for just 2hours for late check out … we did asked him and he told he would give up untill 1 pm to check out without charge … The manager at the front desk that work in 11.5.23 he need training .. unprofessional and front desk agent that work that morning very very very unprofessional… this what make my stay bad ……😩🤮🤮🤮😔
