Very shocked you needed to pay to park at a hotel you are paying already to stay at. : (

We LOVED the indoor pool and the breakfast! The hotel is family friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

The pool hours on Sunday were very limited and the pool is only opened on the weekends. So basically Saturday was the only day that we could really enjoy the pool.

Room was very comfortable. Staff was very professional and helpful.

I have been staying here for years and parking has always been free. Now, it costs money. What am I paying for when there is no gate and no control of the parking lot. I am still parking at my own risk, and if my car gets broken into, who's paying for my damages? So I'm paying to park my car at my own risk? Does not make sense.

The $75 dollars a night extra fee that they don't tell you about. They take it from you and you have to wait to get it back.

This was our first time staying at Hampton Inn. The location is convenient and close to almost everything—shops, a mall, and the train station. They served a variety of warm breakfast options daily. Coffee is available for free at any time of the day, making it easy to grab one on the go.

The receptionist who assisted us during check-in was not very friendly. She immediately charged us a parking fee without even asking if we had a car parked outside. Perhaps she assumed, or it might be company policy—I’m not sure. The good thing is that the receptionist who helped us during check-out noticed we were waiting for our Uber ride and asked about it. She then refunded the parking fee ($130 USD)

No staff for bar area. Wanted to sit and hang out but didn't have a bartender most of time

When I booked the room it was less than when I checked out. The price for snacks and drinks on the property was absolutely ridiculous. So expensive

It had other facilities such as the post office and cable company on premises

The front desk assumes everyone has a vehicle without verification of drivers license. Charges are placed on the bill. My daughter’s account a vehicle was added when in fact she doesn’t own one. I was the one who owned the vehicle. My daughter also added my granddaughter as the second guest in her room and was out for the night and when my granddaughter arrived late, she inquired about them reaching out to her mother because she was sleeping and didn’t have the electronic card to enter. One staff member refused to help her because she claimed that she’s not a guest. The truth is the room is for two and it was in the system. Fortunately she did reached her mother on the phone. I can’t believe if my granddaughter couldn’t reach her mom she would had be sleeping in the lobby.

Room was a great size for my family. Breakfast was tasty and very clean. The pool temperature was absolutely perfect.

Ice machine was broken on 2nd and 3rd floors. Not enough towels in the pool were available when we swam. TV in the lobby was too loud and on the news while I was having breakfast with my kids. News is not good for small children to hear.

The checking in process was easy. The room was comfortable

Didn't like that there were no cameras in the parking area because someone hit the rental car i had parked in the lot. Didn't know i would be charged 30 dollars for parking my own vehicle until I got my final bill emailed to me. The second night was noisy because someone had checked in above our head that kept so much noise. i called the front desk and was told they would handle it. They didn't stop, and my 2nd attempt to reach the front desk went unanswered. The snack prices are ridiculous.
