Close to where I needed to be

Refrigerator was loud and not cool. Asked to have it checked and no one came. The day I arrived as I was looking for parking there was a dead baby kitten in the back parking lot and I notified the front desk. He said he would have to call animal control. The next morning it was still there and in a worse state as someone ran over a body part. I went to the front desk again and notified the other two men on duty. It was then taken care off.

Upon arriving the hotel looked so clean! It smelt so good walking in the halls to our room. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

Although it looked beautiful and clean I killed a roach crawling on the desk where we had crackers. I got up in the night and turned on the desk light to see where I was walking and there it was… I did not say anything to my family because I didn’t want to freak them out and ruin the trip but I was internally freaking out and shocked because the hotel was super clean.

The hotel was good, clean and convenient.

We paid 19% more by booking through Booking.com than if we had booked directly with Marriot. Marriot offered a senior discount (and several other discounts) by booking through them. This discount was not avilable or at least not readily visible on the booking.com site. That is unacceptable!

Space, accommodations, amenities were as I expect at a Marriott property but I am handicapped so could not use them. I was out for functions so did not eat or drink in property but likely would have.

Nothing that Marriott could have eased any more than y’all did - I am handicapped.

As always, the staff is great. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. It is a comfortable facility.

The only downside of this visit was getting moved to the 3rd floor. They are doing some unannounced renovation on the first floor. Since I have some mobility issues, the 3rd floor is not a good place for me as having to walk down 3 flights of stairs in an emergency is not safe. I am usually given a first floor room. Which I much appreciate.

The hotel was surprisingly good (given the score that we saw on booking). The staff was great and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was also very good and spacious. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

We had breakfast included with our rooms (2 rooms). We weren’t aware that the number of breakfasts didn’t match the number of guests (4 breakfasts (2 per room) for 5 guests). It’s not a buffet.

Bring bottle water since the city water is stinky. In room bottles were $6 :-(

ForThe great staff is what make this a special place. It is convenient to the things we need. The Fire and Oak restaurant is outstanding - we always look forward to coming back.

I wish there was a better selection of channels on the TV. On a personal side I would like the bed to be a bit lower and the toilet to be a bit higher. Also would like more lighting in the room.

Clean and nice. Staff is very welcoming and gave the room we needed because my mom wasnt able to walk that much. Very helpfull

Breakfast was acceptable ,beds were hard and tough on bad backs in my opinion.

See above regarding beds. Would’ve like more room cleaning service we could have asked for it. Fresh towels would have helped at minimum.
