The staff that was on shift during our check in was absolutely phenomenal, friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff overall were friendly and helpful. I will say the customer service at this location is one that needs to be rewarded they really go above and beyond and not just the front desk this includes housekeeping, kitchen staff and maintenance. The breakfast was good and the coffee bar in the lobby was an added bonus! I will stay here every time I visit Nanuet moving forward.

Their night staff when we arrived was tremendous... helpful, kind, considerate, humorous. Her name was Sam and the company should bonus her she is such a credit to their product!!!! I would definitely stay here again because of her!!!

The signage for getting into the property off of Rte 59 is terrible. It is easy to end up turning early and going down the entry ramp back onto the interstate... very frustrating!!!! Needs to be fixed

Convenient and reasonable

Saturday morning when I went down for breakfast they didn't have coffee there were no eggs they were out of waffle mix. For Saturday morning and it was the middle of breakfast around 8:00 a.m. and I had a wait to half an hour for food and coffee were available. That to me is unacceptable.

We appreciated the room size, comfortable mattress and lovely air conditioning.

There was a chemical smell in the room when we first entered, and the rugs in the hotel need to be cleaned or replaced! The breakfast was lacking cut fresh fruit, although there were apples, and I would really love maple syrup with my oatmeal! Also, are those eggs powdered???

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and attractive. Gym is small, but worked fine, and there's an indoor pool. Parking is easy. Breakfast is OK; good to have, because there's not much right around the hotel. The location is convenient to major roads and shopping centers--not exactly a nice area, basically strip malls--but convenient. Also nice that it's pet friendly.

Beds are pretty nice, but I wish they were a bit more firm.

Breakfast was good. However a family of inconsiderate people helped themselves to all of the cereal tubs and various other items. These items were not replenished and we had to go without. I assume they were not replenished because the family would have taken them as well, knowing that they would not be stopped because the items are free.

The fact that they were allowed to get away with it. Even if they had hung around the other customers could have been given what they wanted from the kitchen where public are not allowed access.

The front desk staff, Cynthia, was very warm as I was there to celebrate my birthday. The room was very clean and comfortable and our breakfast in the morning was better than the average continental breakfast. It was a spread of delicious food and coffee. I'll definitely visit again.

Staff were very friendly and the location was near many things

You needed to make a U-turn many time in order to go the other way. Very unsafe. The hotel last power on our last morning and we had to use the stairs and they did not offer us anything credit for the inconvenience.

The omelet was only egg no cheese or anything. Not a show stopper. Room was very nice but the lack of carpet and high ceiling made it seem loud.

Hire a maid who speaks English. Had to write down my room number to stop her from cleaning it.

The customer service was superb. We also enjoyed the clean environment.

The breakfast needs more improvement. There was no variety. As a British l expected at least a bit of british breakfast a day out of the 6 days we stayed there.
