My friends and I (Group of 5) booked a room with 2 Queen beds with a pull out couch for a 21st birthday. The room was extremely spacious. As a group of all girls, we definitely appreciated the amount of mirrors and the bathroom’s vanity light. Thank you to the very patient staff who gave us plenty of towels/wash cloths, extra blankets and even brought up a pair of scissors when we called reception. The breakfast was also a huge plus!

Nothing :) Would stay again 100%. Beautiful property.

I didn't use it but I love the supermarket being so close and the abundance of parking. The hotel was very comfortable and my family enjoyed the space. We was looking for a little getaway and thus place was great being 9 minutes away from Palisades center. The staff was respectful

My only gripe is that the hotel wouldn't take cash. Only card.

First night’s accommodation was in a room that smelled heavily of smoke but I was offered another room for second night and a discount, which I accepted. Staff was gracious about this.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very helpful. Convenient for our needs. On and off parkway was very convenient

Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. Having a big fridge/freezer is a bonus.

Train passing by our room was a little loud at night

Hotel is showing its age a bit, but housekeeping did a good job and the hotel itself was quite clean.

Or the side door and amenity entrances did not work with scanning your key card, so it was a little inconvenient to have to walk around to the front of the hotel every time to enter the building

We loved the breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable. Also used the gym quite a bit.

The kitchenette lacked some utensils but it was easy enough to get some from the personnel.

The hotel was very clean, and staff was friendly.

The sofa bed lacked in comfort. The mattress was very flat and made for an uncomfortable night.

The breakfast was great and the variety/options suited everyone in our group's tastes. The room was well equipped and clean.
