The shower was way too small. The water didn’t run properly. It was sporadic all over the place the sink water. It took forever to get warm and there was no bathroom in the lobby and I had to use the bathroom at check in so I had to use one of the rooms Before I could even check in to use the bathroom it was just one thing after another.

The property you didn’t know which building was the lobby to check in I had to ask

The room was clean and smelled well. The bed was large and comfortable with enough pillows. There were clean linens. The bathroom was clean with good running hot water, a trash receptacle, and a large lighted mirror. The refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave were clean and operational. There was a work table and chair. The large television was working with lots of available channels. The electronic door system was very good. The area was well lighted.

One bed head light wasn't working. There needs to be another trash receptacle in the living room area.There needs to be designated parking spaces for checking in near the office building area. The right side upper entry building door electronic lock needs to be fixed to secure entry into the area.

I liked that it's too close to macy's mega mall and there is a grocery store in the gas station beside the hotel also there is a telecom company if you are new in the area and need an American sim card

I don't like the bathroom because it's not suitable for Muslims there's no water's hose to use it

The location is very close to highway entrance and a big shopping area.

I booked a single room with a twin bed, but was given a king bed room. The information on the website is not accurate.

The location is great, it's close to Palisades Center, Food.

Sometimes it seems that this venue is frequented by the dregs of society, Johns/Prostitutes', but if so you can have a room change, Management cannot discriminate, Person pays/Person Stays. Some Ice Machines don't work.

First night staying it was the best can’t complain my husband and i we loved our room the bed was super comfortable we didn’t want to get up to go home but we had it too. Something different but is so true palisade mall is right there lol 😂 but not walking ,driving is 5 mins. Thanks again. Can’t wait to go back. 💪🏼😊👌
