We loved the breakfast options and the coffee that was available (especially the take-away cups). The staff on reception were always really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the beds comfortable.

The kitchen area would benefit from more cooking utensils, such as sharp knives and a cheese grater. The bathroom although clean and functional could do wtih updating.

My friends and I (Group of 5) booked a room with 2 Queen beds with a pull out couch for a 21st birthday. The room was extremely spacious. As a group of all girls, we definitely appreciated the amount of mirrors and the bathroom’s vanity light. Thank you to the very patient staff who gave us plenty of towels/wash cloths, extra blankets and even brought up a pair of scissors when we called reception. The breakfast was also a huge plus!

Nothing :) Would stay again 100%. Beautiful property.

First night’s accommodation was in a room that smelled heavily of smoke but I was offered another room for second night and a discount, which I accepted. Staff was gracious about this.

I didn't use it but I love the supermarket being so close and the abundance of parking. The hotel was very comfortable and my family enjoyed the space. We was looking for a little getaway and thus place was great being 9 minutes away from Palisades center. The staff was respectful

My only gripe is that the hotel wouldn't take cash. Only card.

Or the side door and amenity entrances did not work with scanning your key card, so it was a little inconvenient to have to walk around to the front of the hotel every time to enter the building

The sofa bed lacked in comfort. The mattress was very flat and made for an uncomfortable night.
